💚1/2kg tepung gandum(cap apapon boleh)
💚3sb majerin(cikpooja guna cap pelangi)
👉2bahan ni digaul sebati smpai teksturnya nmpk berderai...

Bahan B
💚1cwn air suam(1/2cwn air panas+1/2cwn air kosong)
💚2sb mauripan
💚1sb susu pekat
💚Suku sudukecil garam
👉Cara bancuhnya..
👉Mula2 ....sediakan air suam.... masukkan mauripan,susu pekat,garam...kacau sebati yea...(bancuh dlm bekas besar dr cawan yea...sbb nnt yis nak mengembang)
👉Biarkan bancuhan yis tu dalam 15-20mnit

💜Bila bancuhan yis dah berbuih...tuang kedalam bahan A td...gaul2kan sebati...then uli laaa...
💜Kalau air yis tu tak mengcukupi...bleh tambah air biasa sedikit demi sedikit utk dapatkan doh yg lembut (bukan lembek yea)
💜Uli smpai doh cantik...tepungnya xmelekat ditgn....kiranya ulian doh tu dah lulus✔️

💜Panaskan minyak menggunakan api perlahan(kalau guna api besar...nnt pau kome terkejut...tekstur kulitnya bleh jd kuba balau😝)...goreng la pau tu dgn api perlahan yea...tapi pastikan minyak kene panas sempurna sebelom goreng...
💜Masa goreng tu... balik2 kan la pau tu supaya masak seia sekata sehati sejiwa yea😝
