2019 is a year of saying goodbye to our immature self,
We are no longer that kid who use to throw tantrum everytime we don't get something that we want;
We are now a grown up child who understands & respects our Father's decision knowing He has our best interests in mind & that He loves us. . .
Very much.
2019 is a year where we no longer love God only in good times & leave Him in the bad,
2019 is where we love God through our entire being, not based upon circumstances.
God loves us despite of our mess & dirts.
He loved us despite of our sins.
He died for us when we were still sinners.
He doesn't wait for us to be perfect to love us.
Why can't we love Him back the same?
Growing up does require a lot of change, especially when we try to pursue our God-given destiny & purpose.
Yes, it might be painful at times, it is indeed VERY uncomfortable, you will shed many tears and feel like giving up most of the time, but without those pruning process?
You can never become the NEW YOU.
People has often taken "New year, New me" too lightly.
A new you involves emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual transition.
In order to achieve that?
Romans 5:3-4
We rejoice in trials & tribulations, for they help us to develop patience, and patience develops character, and character develops hope.
