    “Would you rather eat well or train hard?”

    This or that, right or wrong, good or bad. This concept of duality very much drives the world we live in. Which is no wonder why many get confused and lost along the way.

    Should I do this or that to lose weight? Is this workout good or bad? Is this diet right or wrong?

    Truth is, growth happens in the grey area.

    We’ve got a lifetime to work on our health, yet many are impatient when it comes to appreciating the journey.

    Think about this: the FINAL destination in life is death.

    So why are we rushing to achieve “goals”?

    American philosopher Ken Wilber once said: “You can choose to die old and well OR young and diseased”.

    How about making the CONSCIOUS choice to eat well AND train hard, while allowing yourself the simple pleasures of life?

    This is how I’ve spent the past 2 years shifting my mindset, allowing to myself to live a more wholesome and fulfilling life.

    I invite you to do so too! No secret formulas, just learning to become aware.

    原來之前的月圓竟然不是真的圓！
    睽違8年後，今年才真正又逢「中秋月圓」，因為今年中秋之月被稱為「真‧月圓」，且手機就能拍！好驚訝！

    接受 劉珈汶 Carmen Lau 學生相challenge，同咁多位DSE同學仔打打氣！

    話咁快，今年DSE又開考啦！身為第一屆通識科5**嘅過氣考生(再過幾年呢科都成為歷史-.-)，都可以分享少少心得嘅。
    相信今年嘅考生係大部分備試嘅時候同時都因為疫情而多添一份憂心，係呢段唔容易嘅時候堅持到今日，你哋已經十分叻仔叻女！對於書本上嘅內容，我都無乜大秘訣可以分享畀大家，最主要都因為已經唔記得哂...但係考前嘅準備，我相信都會影響到大家嘅臨場發揮，考試前一日相信大家都會好緊張，但都建議咁多位考生早啲訓覺，唔好捱夜溫書，為求保持考試當日思路清晰，另外都建議咁多位考試當日早少少起身，沖個熱水涼，食埋早餐先再出門去試場，KEEP住精神，咁大家一路以來辛苦記落嘅內容先可以係試卷上發揮返出嚟！嚟緊下星期一就會考通識，各位答題嘅時候都記得要有主題句同埋收尾，每段嘅闡述內容都問下自己係咪同主題句相扣，咁樣先唔會離題。考完之後都唔好再諗返轉頭，同同學仔討論返答案等等，小休之後繼續努力下一科！
    而家已經進入大直路啦，希望咁多位考生都可以堅持埋落去！無論最後結果如何，都希望各位可以追求一個自己想要的人生～
