    Assalamualaikum & happy morning! 😁

    Pernah tak uolss teringin nak buat roti, dah kumpulkan semua bahan-bahan, alih2 baru sedar rupanya yis dah habis & lupa nak beli?🤦‍♂️ This is what happened to me at 11.30pm malam tadi la. 😬

    So what I did was selongkar fridge & pantry. Nasib baik ada baking powder & baking soda. Alhamdulillah menjadi elok. The loaf is a little dense but packed with goodness. Saya potong masa masih panas sikit, sapu pure sweet butter + mixed berry preserve. Tersandar kena sekeping walaupun belum mandi!🤡😆

    Tak cukup bahan pun menjadi jugak. Yang penting kena faham the science behind it + a little creativity. Itulah pentingnya ilmu & pengalaman, kan?😍👌👨‍🍳🍞

    Ingredients:

    250 g bread or all-purpose flour
    200 g wholemeal flour
    150 g rolled oats
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp fine sea salt
    1 ½ tbs brown sugar
    400 g yogurt
    1 large egg
    1 tbs Chia seeds
    1 tbs habatussauda
    1 tbs butter

    Kaedah:

    1. Campurkan kesemua bahan & sebatikan. Tak perlu diuli terlalu lama. (doh akan melekit sesikit tapi jangan ditambah tepung)

    2. Masukkan ke dalam acuan roti & bakar pada suhu 200*C selama 30-40 minit.

    ? RECIPE INGREDIENTS ?

    ? Healthy, fried rice (quinoa)

    egg
    Plant-based meat
    Onions
    Diced carrots
    Broccoli
    Light soy sauce
    Salt
    Quinoa

    ? Spicy vodka wholemeal fusilli with sous vide chicken breast

    1 onion, diced
    2-3 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
    2 cloves of Garlic, peeled
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 can of Tomato paste
    Dried Thyme, to taste (optional)
    Dried oregano, to taste
    Red pepper flakes, to taste
    1/3 cup Vodka
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta
    Parmesan & mozzarella cheese
    A knob of butter
    Chopped fresh parsley to taste

    ? Cocoa baked rolled oats

    30g rolled oats
    7g cocoa powder
    1/2 medium banana
    2g baking soda
    70ml cup milk
    A slice of dark chocolate

    Bake at 180c for 20 min

    Bahan-bahan:


    2.5 cups bread flour
    0.5 cup wholemeal flour
    3 tbs brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbs Chia seeds
    1/2 tsp bread improver
    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil spread/butter
    1/4 cup UHT milk
    3/4 cup warm water
    2.5 tsp instant yeast
    A handful raisins

    Kaedah:

    1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except raisins in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add raisins at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
    2. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
