第一晚就開始感覺到強風，天幕的繩子被扯斷，只好起床重新綁。
The first night began to feel strong winds, the rope of the tarp was torn off, and had to get up and re-tied.
接著第二晚除了強風也開始下雨，第三天更是淋的全身濕。
Then it not only winding but also started to rain the second night. Third day we were wetted all the body all the day....
雖然颱風沒有抵達台灣，但我們是真正的“被颱風尾掃到”了！

材料：

金蠔1斤

紹興酒1小碗

蜜糖1碗

豉油適量

做法：

1.金蠔解凍後用濕毛巾抹乾淨，放在廚房紙上索乾

2.燒熱平底鑊加入適量油

3.加入金蠔，灒紹興酒，調至中慢火煎香兩面

4.煎至香脆後加入蜜糖，翻滾至稠身包住金蠔，即可上碟

Ingredients:

Frozen semi-dried oysters 1 catty

Shaoxing wine 1 small bowl

Honey 1 bowl

Light soy sauce Some

Steps:

1. Defrost semi-dried oysters, wipe clean with wetted kitchen towel, and place them on kitchen towel to dry.

2. Heat frying pan with oil.

3. Add oysters to pan. Add Shaoxing wine and pan-fry oysters in low-medium heat on both sides until golden.

Add honey and soy sauce. Mix oyster in sauce until covered and remove from pan.

清潔消毒請留意

#留意！
1. 任何消毒水可能引皮膚及眼睛不適, 消毒時請配帶保護眼罩
2. 藥水需保持濕透，停在表面5-10分鐘方能殺菌
3. 保持個人衛生，洗手洗手洗手

- side effect: it can cause eye & skin irritation, therefore it should not be used on human skin. They suggest use of goggles and gloves in handling
- inhaling that can cause headache

For the disinfectant effect
- every disinfectant need to cover every bit of the surface to be treated thoroughly, all soaked wet, leave on for minutes (for this it suggest to let it air dry or at least wait for 10min)
- even for alcohol hand rub, in order to have a definitive disinfection, the whole hand must be wetted and covered with the alcohol, and allowed to air dry

Hence, just spraying with random droplets on surfaces can't disinfect things properly. You have to wet the surface thoroughly and let it air dry
