    Definitely experiencing the high and low during pregnancy. My first trimester is worst, the morning sickness is terrible, i still remember those days when i puke almost everyday ( sometimes 5 times a day), constantly feeling tired and weak ( can't even look at my phone, all i want is just sleep. hahaha. However, I'm really glad it gets better after 20 week, week by week and i'm able to move a little more and goes on with my daily life. It was a little rougher than i thought but nonetheless, i'm feeling blessed and honor to be able to expericing this amazing life growing inside me. Time flies, 68 days to go to meet this mini me 👶🏻

    ในใบกระท่อมจะมีสารออกฤทธิ์หลายกลุ่มมาก หลักๆจะเป็น alkaloid flavonoid phenylpropanoid บลาๆๆ ทีนี้มันมีสารออกฤทธิ์บางตัวที่กลไกคล้ายกับการทำงานของ พวกฝิ่น มอร์ฟีน ทรามาดอล (เขียวเหลือง) ดังนั้น หากใช้ในสตรีมีครรภ์ จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ว่า จะมีผลกับเด็กในท้อง

    ถ้าแม่ใช้ยากลุ่มนี้เป็นสารเสพติด เช่น เสพยาเขียวเหลือง ก็จะทำให้มีผลกับเด็กในท้องทำให้คลอดออกมาแล้วเกิดอาการถอนยา (Neonatal abstinence syndrome NAS) หรือกดการหายใจของเด็กได้ ดังนั้นคาดว่า ทารกที่เกิดจากแม่ที่เสพกระท่อมต่อเนื่องนานๆ ก็อาจเกิดอาการ NAS ที่ว่านี่ได้ โดยเด็กจะมีอาการ หายใจเร็ว หอบ คลื่นไส้อาเจียน ถ่ายเหลว ตัวสั่น เกร็ง กระตุก

    ส่วนในกระท่อมยังมีเคสรายงานค่อนข้างน้อย แต่ในปี 2019 ที่ศูนย์พิษของอเมริกา มีรายงานเคสทารกที่มีอาการเหมือน NAS ห้าราย

    ดังนั้นสาวๆที่ต้มน้ำท่อมกิน หากกำลังตั้งท้อง ควรหยุดกินน้ำท่อมต่อด้วยประการทั้งปวง หากต้องการหยุดใช้น้ำกระท่อม ควรปรึกษาหมอที่ รพ ใกล้บ้านครับ
