He is my Shifu, Master Dai Hu.

Many years ago, when I was down to my last cent, Shifu gave me money to pay for my utilities. He made sure I could still live a normal life by providing me money for food, transport and CNY clothing.

I was depressed and broken. I didn’t wanted to get out of bed and just wanted to die in my sleep. It was Shifu who called everyday to encourage me and told me not to be a loser wimp.

Shifu is very strict towards his disciples. He would always correct even my tiniest mistake and mete out punishment to me. But he never give up on this foul-tempered disciple.

In March 2019, Shifu helped me to select this home I’m currently living in. He also took charge of my home Feng Shui, naturally. At that time he said, I would gain fame and wealth if I heeded his instructions.

I smiled weakly when I heard his words. Not because I did not believe him, but success is just too foggy to be seen by the eyes of a constant failure.

During 2020, my YouTube channel rose from 300 to 36000 subscribers.

In January 2021, my Facebook page follower count jumped from 3700 to 27000.

I had always been very hardworking. But diligence never guarantees success.

You notice me today, not just because I made the effort to be seen, but because I have a low-profile divine person behind me, and his name is Master Dai Hu.

SARS-CoV-2的疫苗研發製造的策略：

1.去活化病毒疫苗（inactivated virus vaccines):

病毒已經是被用物理的或化學的去活化(Viruses are physically or chemically inactivated)，但是仍然保存病毒顆粒的完整性（preserve the integrity of the virus paticle)，它們充當免疫抗原（immunogen)。

2.病毒類似的顆粒或奈米顆粒的疫苗（Virus -like particle or nanoparticle vaccines):

結構性的病毒的蛋白質已經被共同表現（structural viral proteins are co-expressed)，，形成沒有感染性的顆粒（form non-infectious particles)，來當作疫苗的免疫抗原(vaccine immunogen)，它們類似真實的類病毒(real virions)但是缺乏病毒的基因體(lack the virus genome)。

3.蛋白質次單元的疫苗（Protein subunit vaccines):

這種策略只有包括關鍵性的病毒的蛋白質或胜太（only key proteins or peptides)，它們能夠在細菌（bacteria)酵母菌(yeast)昆蟲或脯乳類細胞(insect or mammalian cells)中在人體外被製造(manufactured in vitro)，目前最大多數的在臨床期和臨床前期階段登錄在案候選的SARS-CoV-2疫苗，都是根據這種策略研發製造的。

4.病毒引導導航導向的疫苗（virus-vectored vaccines):

編碼致病原抗原的基因(genes encoding pathogen antigen)，是被導入非複製的或複製的病毒載體(cloned into non-replicating or replicating virus vectors)例如腺病毒（adenvirus)，這些抗原在免疫化作用後，由被轉換的宿主細胞產生（the antigens are produced by transduced host cells after immunization)。

5.DNA和mRNA疫苗（DNA and mRNA vaccines):

DNA和mRNA疫苗（DNA and mRNA vaccines)，有可以快速製造用來抵抗突現性的致病原的優勢（DNA and mRNA vaccines have the advantage of rapid manufacturing against pathogens)，DNA 疫苗(DNA vaccines)，藉由再重組的DNA 質體所編碼的病毒的抗原(viral antigens encoded by a recombinant DNA plasmid)，在宿主細胞中經由次序性的轉錄到轉譯的過程產生(produced in host cells via sequential transcription-to translation process)。相反地，mRNA 疫苗(mRNA vaccines)是藉由在人體外的轉錄過程被合成(synthesized by in vitro transcription)，它們經由在人體內的直接的蛋白質轉譯，在細胞質中產生病毒的抗原(they produce viral antigens in the cytoplasm through direct protein trsnslation in vivo)。

6.活的減毒的病毒疫苗（Live-attenuated virus vaccines):
在這種策略中，病毒是藉由在人體外或人體內的過程或反向的遺傳的突變的產生作用而被減毒（virus is attenuated by in vitro or in vivo passage or reverse genetic mutagenesis)，這個結果病毒變成沒有致病性或變成弱的致病性（the resulting virus becomes non-pathogenic or weakly pathogenic)，但是仍然維持保持類似活的病毒感染的免疫抗原性（retains immunogenecity by mimicking live virus infection)。

Memang. Aku yang kandungkan anak ini. 9 bulan. Lama.
Memang aku yang lahirkan dia 6 bulan lepas. Sakit.

Tetapi. Anak aku bukan milik aku. Dia adalah amanah dariNya. Dia milik Allah. Bila-bila masa Allah boleh ambil semula.

Jadi. Mengapa aku mengeluh untuk melayan dia tak tidur malam dan mahu bermain. Sedangkan aku selamba layan kawan-kawan di kedai mamak sampai ke pagi. Jangan aku lupa, anak ini milik Allah, bila-bila masa Dia boleh ambil balik.

Mengapa pula aku mengeluh kesal bajunya perlu dibeli lagi. Sedangkan baru sahaja dibeli bulan sudah. Sedangkan ramai lagi ibu bapa teringin hendak beli saiz lebih besar lagi. Apakan daya anak mereka lambat membesar pula. Jadi mengapa aku tak bersyukur dan gembira anak aku mengembang sihat. Mengapa aku mengeluh. Lupakah aku. Anak ini milik Allah. Bila-bila masa Dia boleh ambil balik.

Aku mengeluh lemah lagi tidak mampu menyimpan wang di bank. Setiap bulan ada sahaja kehendak dan keperluan anak ini. Matilah macam ni. Ya Allah. Sedarkah aku. Ramai lagi yang berhabis berpuluh ribu namun masih tidak diberikan Allah rezeki yang dipanggil anak. Lupakah aku Allah itu pemberi rezeki. Dia pemilik kesemua di langit dan di bumi. Termasuklah anak ini. Ingatlah. Bila-bila masa dia boleh ambil kembali.

Aku terus mengeluh. Tengah sedap bersembang di FB, si anak ini merengek mahu diangkat-angkat, diagah-agah pula. Ahhh mana boleh. Nanti jadi manjalah dia. Nah ambil ini dan mainlah sendiri. Allah. Mengapa aku mengabaikan pinjaman Allah ini. Entah berapa ramai yang mengangis merayu dalam sujudnya di malam hari mohon diberikan anak penyeri hidup. Tetapi Allah tak bagi. Allah berikan pada aku. Tetapi mengapa aku mengeluh. Inikan milik Allah. Bila-bila masa Allah boleh ambil kembali.

Ya Allah... Telah Kau berikanku anak sebaik, sesihat dan secantik ini.. Tetapi masih aku banyak bunyi.. Ampunkan aku ya Allah.. Kau panjangkanlah jodoh aku dan dia hingga jannahMu.. Kau berikanku petunjuk dalam melaksanakan amanahMu.. Sesungguhnya aku sering terlupa anak ini bukan milik aku.. Dia milikMu.. Bila-bila masa kau boleh ambil kembali...

1. 由於次氯酸水現今未列入乙類成藥，也不屬於含藥化妝品類。因此在廣告上"理應"不能拿來強調可用來洗手，這點算是走在法律邊緣
2. 次氯酸水製備有分成簡易的食鹽電解或是工業的鹽酸電解，成品會有差異，目前尚無法追蹤各家產品所用的實際方法和濃度是否符合標準，這點也是不推薦用的原因之一。
3. 家庭用的次氯酸水製備機...我是很懷疑出來的成品和保存期限啦，沒有很建議購買
