《租場篇》

V2 位於尖沙咀亞士里道，一間面積不算大，但內容絶對不少於其他大場的私人健身教練場館。另外兩年前在對面街增添了2200呎泰拳訓練中心，附設私人及小班泰拳訓練及功能訓練專區，令設施更多元化。

以下是場館設施及服務範圍：

器械區域：
本館設施以Life Fitness品牌為主。
- Smith Machine (Life Fitness)
- Cable machine (Life Fitness)
- Multi- functional Machine (Life Fitness)
- Bosu Captain Chair (Life Fitness)
- Kinesis (Technogym)

自由重量區域：
Dumbbell 由1kg 到 20kg。Olympic Barbell。另外一set Power Block 重量可由5至90磅自由調教。

伸展區域：
一間按摩伸展房間，備按摩床一張。另外亦設兩部Powerplate (一部全新）及Foam Roller。

功能訓練區域：
- KettleBell
- Slide broad
- TRX
- Bulgarian Bag
- Warble broad
- Balance Disc
- Medicine Ball

拳擊區域：
有沙包、手靶供應。在場亦有駐場拳擊教練授課。提供單對單及小班教學。

帶氧區域：

- Woodway Curve Treadmill
- Rowing Machine

館內亦設有男、女更衣室及洗手間。
