Day 1 of #OHMandala Flow Yoga Challenge: Twisted Compass or Revolved Compass Pose
To work on this pose, you may start from Dandasana. Fold your right leg into half Veerasana and raise left leg, use your right elbow to against the left knee to hold the right knee while left hand hold the inner arch of left foot with toes flexed. Inhale, lengthen the spine, exhale bring your arm over the head and slowly twist from hips, followed by thoracic spine and roll left shoulder back to look back.
