#解封後怎麼安排訓練

是說最近不只嗅到奧運很多金牌的味道(真香
也有嗅到降級解封的味道
疫苗施打率的普及、確診人數的下降
就非常有可能在下週7/27可以降至二級
學生選手們也有可能回到校園恢復訓練

國外已經封了又解、解了又封不知道幾個循環去了😂
所以有很多針對解封後訓練安排的資料(蠻多都是歐洲職業足球隊的做法）
我看了幾篇整理一下重點
並整合之前CSCS讀到、還有上課學到的資料分享給大家
如果有任何安排訓練需求的都可以做參考
也希望大家可以漸進式、安全地回到疫情前的訓練和比賽強度
最重要的是避免任何的受傷因為防護員會不開心
總之真的是急不得啊！！
