長斷食的武功祕笈全寫在這了🔥
長斷食一般是指 「一天不吃有熱量的食物甚至是長達三天以上不吃」

我個人是不推薦長斷食的操作，但是寫這篇的角度是以中立的角度出發，長斷食的確有許多的好處，也在動物實驗發現是可以幫助延長壽命，或許長生不老的祕方會跟這個有關 (我猜的沒有根據)
