[Science Association logo redesign] _ For my design portfolio, I've decided to rework one of my most treasured memories of my secondary school- Science Association. The main problem I had with the previous logo are as follows: _ 1. Connection between the atom rings are inconsistent 2. Poor readability of logo at small sizes 3. Lineweight of logo is uneditable _ In order to fix these issues and update the logo for modern times, I redrew the logo from the ground-up, clarified the connection points, and changed the logo font from Roboto to Gotham Round to better fit the logo. Finally, I proposed an alternative logo where the atom rings are interconnected with shadows instead of breaking up. _ This is the first logo I've done in a long time, and it honestly feels great to be designing stuff again
