    3.ดอกอัญชัน 10 กรัม (10-20 ดอก)
    4.น้ำเปล่า 500 มล. (1/2 ลิตร)

    วิธีทำ
    1.ก่อนทำทุกครั้ง ควรล้างวัตถุดิบให้สะอาด
    2.ใสวัตถุดิบที่หั่นเตรียมลงหม้อ
    3.เติมน้ำเปล่า
    4.ตั้งไฟอ่อนๆ เคี่ยวเวลาประมาณ5-10 นาที
    5.กรองแยกกาก ใช้เฉพาะส่วนน้ำ

    วิธีทาน
