Fillet 1 kilo
Seasoning
Herb de Provence
All around spicy seasoning
Oromat
Salt pepper
Chill 2 hour

1) Heat the oven 225 c• until ioven it getting warms
2) Fillet in the oven 20min
3) Turndown the heat to 160 c •
Roasted 20 -30min depends on how big the fillet 👍🏻
4) chilled roast meat for 15 min before you cut the meat
