Another new month, another round of empties! How’s September treating you so far?

• @dailymiriqa Professional Nutrition Supplement - my 3rd month on this supplement and my hair stylist actually asked me why has my baby hair grown so much! I guess that says a lot!
• @senkasg Speedy Perfect Whip - the foam makes it fun and enjoyable to cleanse my skin and I like that it thoroughly cleanses without stripping my skin’s natural oils
• @maccosmeticssg Fix+ Rose - the rose scent uplifts my mood every time I spray this on before (and sometimes after) makeup
• @caudalie Beauty Elixir - took me a while to finish this 3rd bottle but I love it! It soothes and calms my skin, and I like the slight minty feel
• @lovephilosophy Purity Made Simple 3-in-1 Cleanser - not sure why I didn’t try this earlier but this removes all traces of makeup and helped my skin regain its clarity and softness! On to my 2nd bottle!
• @bifestasg Dual Phase Pore Clear Micellar Water - my 2nd bottle, and am loving it because it doesn’t take me long to remove my waterproof makeup
• @kiehlssg Calendula Serum-infused Water Cream - light, hydrating and what else can I say? It does feel a tad oily upon application but is quickly absorbed into the skin with a velvety after-feel
• @drunkelephant Protini Polypeptide Cream - my skin has looked plumper, especially around my cheek areas and they don’t look as “creasy” when I smile :)
• @percyandreed Bountifully Bouncy Volumising Shampoo - my brother was using this much more than me and one day I actually asked him why does his hair look so full and long, and he replied, “I used the shampoo in the bathroom.” 🤣 I guess it worked for him?
• @moistdianesg Extra Smooth & Straight Hair Mask - I always liked Moist Diane’s Haircare and this one didn’t fail, it kept my hair really soft and silky post mask!
• @philosophyskincaresg Amazing Grace Ballet Rose EDT - one of those scents that make you feel all-feminine and girly! 🌹
• #PearsSG Body Wash & Hand Wash - the gel textures were non-drying and I like the mild scent that isn’t overpowering as well

A few more days before I embark on something new. I can’t wait to share more with you! 🤍

井波彫刻は240年の伝統と250名の職人を有し、住宅欄間を主に、獅子頭、置物、パネルなどの木彫刻品を製作している。4年に一度南砺市いなみ国際木彫刻キャンプが行われている。

Inami is most well known for its extensive wood carving district which traces its origins to the construction of the Inami Betsuin Zuisen-ji Temple in 1390. This temple, entirely made of wood and ornamented with intricate carvings has a long history of burning down only to be rebuilt in a much more extravagant fashion. The temple was most recently rebuilt during the Meiji period in 1885, and now exists as the largest wooden Pureland Buddhist temple in the Hokuriku region. It was officially designated as "one of the prefecture's important cultural assets" on April 1, 1965.


Because of its rich history, wood carving is the major trade in Inami. During the reconstruction of the temple in the mid 18th century woodcarvers from Kyoto were dispatched to help in the rebuilding process. These helpers ushered in a new era of woodcarving in Inami, and local carpenters began to produce a more varied assortment of carvings than the temple pieces they had focused on previously.Presently, the woodcarvers use over 200 different variations of chisels to complete their works. They are considered to be the most skilled woodcarvers Japan.

The sound of the Inami woodcarving district was chosen in 1996 as one of the 100 Soundscapes of Japan.

歲月不但帶走了樣貌、體力，也帶走了語言與能力。

《無聲浪》說的是我與外婆的故事。她是腦退化症患者，記憶很錯亂。有時候意識清醒，有時候會停留在過去，甚至是想像的世界裡。她的兒女孫子都長大了，生活有了新的依靠，就慢慢忽略了、甚至忘記了這位花盡一生來保護自己長大成人的長輩。

每次見面，她都彷彿活在不同時空裡：有時候是小學生，有時候是成人，有時候是陌生人。她會講一些我們聽不懂的事，而我們講的，她也消化不了。

明明雙方都在講同一種的語言，也許是頻率對不上，聲音有如沉入海底，化成聲浪，只聽見咕嚕咕嚕的聲響。存在，但無法被接收，也得不到回應。

歌曲是去年與溫翰文一同合寫的，詞是由王樂儀操刀，並由首次合作的何秉舜監製。何丙與Raymond都是很細膩的人，很注重細節，所以歌曲的聲音處理更仔細，以展示出當中的情感。

每波聲浪都有它獨一無二的頻率與溫度，趁還有機會，牢牢把它刻在心裡。或者，閉上眼睛，讓它在你心底響起。
