Took a much needed social media break, but now I’m back!! 🥳 Presenting to you - Serradura!! It’s a Portuguese dessert but I’ve actually only tried it in Macau. This dessert always brings back good memories of trips with my friends to Macau! 🇲🇴 Are there food or drinks that brings back good memories for you too? 💭 Ingredients (serves 2): 100g marie biscuits 1 cup heavy cream ¼ cup condensed milk Directions: 1. Put the marie biscuits in a resealable plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, crush the biscuits until they are finely ground. Transfer to a bowl. 2. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peak forms. 3. Add the condensed milk and continue beating until stiff peak forms. 4. Spoon the cream into a piping bag and cut off the tip. 5. In a dessert dish, add about 1 Tbsp of crumbs, flatten it with a spoon, then pipe a layer of cream on it. Repeat and layer the crumbs and cream alternatively, filling up the dessert dish and ending with crumbs. 6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
