十二月份的舊金山聖誕氣息還算濃厚
氣氛很棒的酒吧前幾天分享的除了靠近聯合廣場的 Miracle at PCH 之外
還有一家位於 Sutter 跟 Polk 街上的 Deck the Halls
昨天晚上簡單吃完晚餐
就來到這家酒吧感受一下聖誕氣氛。

Deck the Halls 酒吧空間還算寬敞
不需要排隊就可以入內
不過室內座位也是全滿
很幸運一開始就找到吧檯區有兩個人的座位。

Deck the Halls 酒吧內有著豐富的聖誕布置
像是各種玩具、色彩繽紛的棒棒糖、聖誕樹等
不過整體看起來有點凌亂
跟 Miracle 的布置有一種普通遊樂場 vs 迪士尼樂園的感覺。

Holiday Stocking $13
我點了這杯裝在襪子形狀的杯子中的調酒
以龍舌蘭為基底
加入石榴玫瑰酒、鳳梨以及萊姆
甜甜的還算好喝。

Let It Snow $15
加入 Tito's 伏特加以及小豆蔻酒
以及氣泡水
上面以薄荷還有小紅莓點綴。
不過這杯本來應該是要放在圓形的雪球中
但是雪球造型杯子用完了
所以看起來相對沒有太大特色。

坐在吧檯區的優點是可以一邊觀看調酒師製作調酒
其中這杯 Root Beer Flip 還會點火
看起來真的很厲害呢！

「...時空回到 2005年, 剛接觸爵士樂演奏沒多久的我, 接到一通同學的電話, 問我要不要到位於哈林區 Sugar Hill 的 St. Nick's Pub 演出？對於要到這個爵士歷史酒吧演出, 心裡雖然忐忑, 但還是硬著頭皮答應了！沒想到這每週固定的演出, 會成為我日後音樂上最重要的養分之一！」by Vincent 徐崇育

今年夏天, 兩廳院夏日爵士音樂節首度將場地延伸至實驗劇場, 推出由 Vincent 和製作人 Calice 共同策劃的音樂製作《重返哈林 Harlem Legacy：Back to St. Nick's Pub》。感謝兩廳院的邀請, 讓這個瘋狂的 "重返計劃" 得以實現！感謝眾多共同努力的幕前幕後夥伴們, 這次我們也將在「實驗劇場」裡首度搭台佈置, 希望把 St. Nick's Pub 的氛圍帶回台灣, 讓大家感受哈林區的獨有氣氛！到底還有什麼故事在這裡發生呢？歡迎收聽本週【Jazz Supreme 爵士．無所不在】！
