這兩天刷了好幾部netflix的電影……
戀人的最後情書，男神養成記，真愛每一天，跟重刷了我以前深深著迷的暮光之城🥰🥰🥰

暮光之城共有四集，前三集各自獨立，第四集還分上下，也就是1～3跟4-1,4-2，重溫一下女高中生跟吸血鬼的禁忌之戀，以前好愛艾德華，光是第一集我就在電影院看了兩次，後來還買小說來看，迷到一個不要不要的，還希望以後生兒子，英文名一定要叫艾德華，But，我也沒生出來，哈哈哈

過了10年後再看這部片，突然發現有些地方看了好尬，覺得當初自己到底怎麼了，而女主貝拉跟玩偶遊戲中的風花，一直都是被大家當成超級綠茶婊的經典人物，現在身為媽媽了，再次觀看的體悟是前兩集都是屁孩的戀愛，好幼稚，但第三集結婚以後及對抗吸血鬼始祖，還是非常經典，4-2應該是全部裡面最完美的。

其中與小孩的互動那邊，以前並不覺得分離有甚麼感覺，但自己現在也有小孩了，倒是能體會想保護孩子的那種心情，聽到主題曲flightless bird跟a thousand year雞皮疙瘩都起來了～依舊經典雋永浪漫

netflix真的很棒，畫質還是很清晰，最後推一下戀人的最後情書，也非常好看！！！是一名記者找到1961年的情書，進而發現一場禁忌而浪漫的愛情故事，結尾收的很好，推推唷！！！

⭐️難度：2/5
⭐️食材：皮蛋1個，生鹹蛋1個，雞蛋3隻，蔥芫茜隨意。
⭐️調味料： 糖，蘑菇粉（也可用雞粉代替或省略）蒸魚豉油和熟油隨意。
⭐️簡約食譜：
1. 蔥和芫茜洗淨切碎。皮蛋去殼放在蒸盤上備用；
2. 鹹蛋冷水下鍋，煮滾後熄火焗7-8分鐘，擺一邊放涼。
3. 打三隻蛋，加入一點點味啉和少許糖，蔥，芫茜和少許蘑菇粉攪勻；加入水後攪勻備用；蛋和水的比例是1：1.6或1.8左右；
4. 鹹蛋去殼放蒸盤，把鹹蛋和皮蛋切小塊備用；
5. 煲一鍋水，水滾后放入蒸盤，蓋鍋隔水蒸約三分鐘，可用筷子攪拌一下蛋塊以防粘底；
6. 把蛋液倒入蒸盤裡，加入蔥花，繼續蓋鍋用大火蒸一分半分鐘。熄火，焗約10分鐘後拿出，加入熟油和蒸魚豉油就可以享受每一口都很滑的蒸水蛋啦！
