《陪我入睡》為UTIN喻婷一手包辦作詞、作曲、編曲的創作單曲，寫出大部分女性有過的經歷，從懵懂、曖昧到勇敢追求所愛，並且有濃烈想念之意。

在Demo版在剛完成時，上傳至Youtube就獲得粉絲好評，2021年重新錄音、編曲、製作，更作為UTIN回歸的序曲。

整首歌曲以電鋼琴和808鼓組為基底，曲風融合R&B、EDM、HipHop，歌曲中段及後段加入UTIN強而有力的饒舌橋段，與主歌所營造的溫柔氛圍形成對比，但卻毫無違和感，令人耳目一新。
