今天比較引起我注意的新聞, 就是這條新聞了:
"串流設備大廠 ROKU (ROKU-US) 大漲 17.67%，該公司將 NBC 的 OTT 服務串流媒體平台 Peacock (孔雀) 添加其平台中。"

想法? Well, 兩家公司斡旋了好久, 看來Comcast還是繞不過Roku.

今天有一條Quibi的新聞(營運不善的意思):
《華爾街日報》引述消息人士稱，由迪士尼前高層卡岑貝格(Jeffrey Katzenberg)創立、惠普前行政總裁惠特曼(Meg Whitman)有份領導的短視頻串流服務商Quibi，計劃整體出售，同時考慮借殼上市。

兩條新聞放在一起看, 其實挺有趣的.

所以, 如果Peack不上Roku平台, 下場就可能會像Quibi一樣呢?
"Quibi -- for the many people out there unfamiliar with it -- is a streaming platform that launched earlier this year with an all-star cast of costly short-form content. Despite spending a ton of money on programming and even springing for a Super Bowl ad, its decision to launch as a mobile-only platform meant that it wouldn't play on Roku or other TV-based hubs. The result: It flopped. In his opening monologue at the Emmys on Sunday night, Jimmy Kimmel called Quibi the dumbest thing ever to cost a billion dollars.

Roku never had a chance to help drive an audience to Quibi, but Peacock could have been different. However, Comcast's attempt to launch it without getting Roku and Fire TV on board -- and the relatively tepid response the service's debut generated as a result -- should serve as a cautionary tale for any future entrants to the streaming game."

Coronavirus is wiping out clean energy jobs in the US

Clean energy jobs in the US are being wiped out ( ) on a massive scale ( ) by the economic shutdown ( ) caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to new data from the advocacy ( ) and research group Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2). At least 106,400 jobs in the clean energy sector—for builders of electric vehicles, installers of solar panels ( ), energy efficiency retrofitters ( ), and more—were lost in March alone, the analysis found.

With many construction projects on hold ( ), companies slashing ( ) discretionary ( ) spending, and crucial clean energy tax credits up in the air, “those workforces are getting thrown to the sidelines ( ),” said Ellen Hughes-Cromwick, a fellow at the think tank ( ) Third Way and former Obama administration economist who was not involved in the E2 analysis. “Clean energy is one of the first things to get thrifted ( ) when you go into a downturn ( ).”

If the pattern continues, the sector could lose half a million jobs by the summer, E2 projects ( ), wiping out the growth of at least the last five years.

Most of the March job losses were in the energy efficiency sub-sector ( ), which involves upgrades to commercial and office buildings. With most of those closed and construction jobs put off ( ), there’s little work to be done.

智庫Third Way研究人員兼前歐巴馬政府經濟學者艾倫‧休斯-克姆威克(Ellen Hughes-Cromwick)表示，許多建案停擺之際，企業開始刪減自由裁量支出，而且重要的乾淨能源稅務減免依舊無定論，「那些勞力就被丟到邊緣」；未參與E2分析的休斯-克姆威克指出：「乾淨能源是衰退時首先遭刪減的項目之一。」

E2預測，如果這種型式持續下去，乾淨能源業在夏季前可能流失50萬個工作，抹滅至少過去五年增加的工作機會。
3月流失的多數工作屬於節能子產業，包含商辦大樓的節能升級。多數大樓關閉而且施工延期，目前沒有什麼工作機會。

休斯-克姆威克表示，4月可能是「另一個難看的月份」。就算放寬社交距離措施，這個數字可能會有一段時間無法回升；她表示，經濟逐漸恢復時，消費者支出與企業資本投資可能依舊不溫不火，尤其是乾淨能源等非必要服務業。

For that reason, I've made a Spotted Seal bread with sesame seeds inside that look something like the seals you'd see in an aquarium.
'Gomafuazarashi' (spotted seal) made with 'goma' (sesame)... haha, what a corny joke! But, I was surprised to find out that 'gomafuazarashi' is 'spotted seal' in English... there's no sesame (goma) in the name! Will this lame joke even translate into English?!
I put cheese (the kind that stretches when melted and goes very well with sesame seeds) inside so you can't go wrong with the flavors.
*Recipe* (8 Spotted Seals)
1. Knead together: 225g (1 1/2 cups) bread flour, 15g (1/8 cup) light brown sugar (any kind is okay), 2g (1/2 tsp) salt, 3g (1/2 tsp) dry yeast, 105g (2/3 cups) tepid water (it was cold inside on the day I made this, so around 30 degrees C or 85 F), 15g (1 Tablespoon) fresh cream and 23g (1 1/2 Tablespoons) milk.
2. After it has been roughly combined, knead in 20g (1 1/2 Tablespoons) of unsalted butter. Halfway through, add 10g (1 Tablespoon) of black sesame seeds and knead until it becomes smooth.
3. Knead into a ball and place in a bowl that has been coated lightly with vegetable oil, and allow it to ferment for 40 minutes at 35 degrees C (95 F) until it doubles in size (first proof).
4. Punch down the dough to remove the gas bubbles.
5. Divide the ball into 8 equal parts and further cut up the parts that will become the hands. Take all 16 pieces and pull on the smooth sides of each and roll them into balls so that the cut end is on the inside.
6. Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 15 minutes (bench rest).
7. Put the cheese in. This time I used half a stick of 'Sakeru Cheese' (a Japanese string cheese brand) in each. Tuck in the cheese and close the opening.
8. With dampened scissors, construct the tail by making a cut.
9. Cut the 'hand' dough balls in half and stick them on either side of the balls in 7.
10. Leave the dough to ferment at 35 degrees C (95 F) for 35 minutes, until it expands to 1.5 times its size (second proof).
11. Lightly sprinkle bread flour on the surface using a tea strainer.
12. Make the eyes and nose by pressing in chocolate chips.
13. Make slits for whiskers with a dampened knife of scissors.
14. Reduce preheated oven from 190 degrees C (375 F) to 160 C (320 F) and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce again to 150 C (300 F) and back for an additional 4 minutes.
15. Take a picture of that ugly/cute thing. Let that gooey cheese stretch as you take a bite. Yummy.

If it cools down, wrap it in plastic wrap and warm it up in the microwave for about 15 seconds. The gooeyness will come back.

僭越ながら、妄想グルメ母は週刊ヤングジャンプ掲載時の1988年から少年アシベのゴマちゃんに似ていると言われておりますが（恐縮です）、 https://youtu.be/4eZNB24RonI そんなこともあって、水族館で見かけそうな、ゴマを入れたゴマフアザラシのパン、作りました。
胡麻でゴマフアザラシ・・・ふふふっ、ベタだ。ところがびっくり、ゴマフアザラシって英語だとspotted seal ...どこにもsesameがない！このベタな感じ伝わるのか！？いやそもそも似てない！？
ゴマに合う、チーズ、ビヨーンと伸びるチーズも入れておきましたので味は間違いございません。
*レシピ*（8ゴマフアザラシ）
１．強力粉 225g、きび砂糖（なんでもOK）15g、塩 2g、ドライイースト 3g、ぬるま湯（室温の低い日だったので 30度くらい）105g、生クリーム 15g、牛乳 23gを入れこねる。
２．ザッとひとまとまりになったら、無塩バター 20gを加えこねる。途中、黒ごま 10gも入れ、なめらかになるまでこねる。
３．丸くまとめ植物油を薄く塗ったボウルに入れ、35度で40分、生地が2倍くらいになるまで発酵させる（1次発酵）。
４．ガス抜きをする。
５．生地を8等分にする。さらに手になる部分を切り分ける。全16個は、なめらかな面の生地を引っ張って、切り口が内側になるように摘んで丸める。
６．ぬれぶきんを掛け、15分置く。（ベンチタイム）
７．チーズを包む。今回、『さけるチーズ』を1/2本ずつ包みました。摘んでしっかり閉じる。
８．濡らしたハサミで切込みを入れ、シッポを作る。
９．手の生地を半分にし、７の両脇につける。
１０．35度で35分、生地が1.5倍くらいになるまで発酵させる（2次発酵）。
１１．茶こしで強力粉を表面に軽く振る。
１２．チョコチップで目と鼻をつける。グッと強く押し付けてつけてください。
１３．濡らしたハサミやナイフでヒゲをつける。
１４．190度に予熱したをオーブンの温度を160度に下げ10分。さらに150度に下げ4分焼く。
１５．ブサカワだと自分を納得させて撮影。チーズをビヨーンと伸ばし食べる。おいしい。

冷めてしまったら、ラップに包んで電子レンジで15秒ほど温めて。ビヨーンが復活します。

วิธีทำพิซซ่าบอม Pizza Bombs
1. ผสมแป้ง เกลือ ยีสต์ น้ำอุ่น นวดประมาณ 10 นาที หรือทดลองด้วยการแบ่งแป้งออกมาก้อนหนึ่ง แล้วยืดออกจนสามารถขึงโดว์ออกมาเป็นแผ่นฟิล์มบางๆได้ (windowpane effect) ใส่แป้งกลับในชามผสม คลุมด้วยผ้า พักแป้งประมาณ 40-50 นาที
2. นำแป้งมาไล่ลมด้วยการ ยืดแป้งโดว์ออกข้างๆโดยรอบแล้วกดลงตรงกลาง ม้วนเบาๆเป็นก้อนยาวๆไม่ต้องแน่นมาก พักให้ยีสต์พักผ่อนคลายเครียดสัก 10 นาที ผสมเนย อิตาเลี่ยนซีซันนิ่ง กระเทียม เกลือ พริกไทยให้เข้ากัน พักไว้
3. แบ่งแป้งเป็นก้อนกลม ขนาด 40-50 กรัม จะได้ประมาณ 10-16 ก้อน
4. แผ่แป้งให้แบน ใส่เปปเปอร์โรนีและมอสเซอเรลล่าชีสลงบนแป้ง ห่อแป้งเป็นก้อนกลมแน่นๆ ทาด้วยอิตาเลี่ยนซีซั่นนิ่งที่เตรียมไว้ โรยด้วยพาเมซานชีส พักแป้งไว้ 15 นาที แล้วอบที่อุณหภูมิ 190 องศาเซียส 12-15 นาที

...Toyota sports..) is a small ..(of Toyota sports 800.. sports car that Toyota Motor manufactured from 1965 to 1969. The body model is UP15.

It is known by having demonstrated an incompetently excellent performance by the low degree of a super-light construction and the air resistance. It is called from the lover by the alias of Yotahati.

It is ranked as a good match, and the evaluation is high with the S Series that starts from HONDA and S500 that Honda Motor Co., Ltd. produced in 1963 as the excellent work of a small sports car made in Japan in the 1960's.
