After the history lesson, Ana Cheong & I climbed the steps to the peak of Tepeyac mountain where the Lady of Guadalupe first appeared to Don Diego and to the original sanctum. On the way up, the gardens were filled with waterfalls, fountains and roses which is the symbol of the Lady. For those who are curious, the Lady of Guadalupe is to the Mexicans what the Virgin Mary is to the rest of the world. #iclimbedamountainfortheseviews
