If you haven’t tried the Grilled Meats from @embers_grill_and_burger , you’re missing out🤤 Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend💖 So last weekend we had our first visit to Embers and OMG their #Grilled Chicken have blown our mind! We opted for their Half Chicken w/ spices #Peruvian rub, three colour slaw and sweet potato chips - this perfectly marinated chicken’s so rich in flavours, while being extremely juicy and tender🤯 Marinated and grilled for hours - YUMMM the picture says it all! We also had their Embers signature burger - Grain fed beef patty, bacon, cheddar, fried onion rings, tomato, lettuce, pickled cucumber, Dijoinaise & Embers BBQ Sauce! This stack is insaneeee. Can’t go wrong with this cheesy burger x onion ring combo🔥 Southern fried loaded fries is also a must!! SO LOADED🥰 The fried chicken is amazingly crispy on the outside and still very tender and juicy on the inside - just pairing perfect with gravy, ranch sauce and spring onion! If you are like me, a fan of @miznonsg, you should not miss this event at Jaffa in @sosofitelsingapore which runs from now until 28th April, because Miznon’s Executive Chef @orhakmimi and Jaffa’s Chef Hong Dingzhao have come together to create a feast that celebrates the best of Israel. Priced at $59++ and $79++ per pax for lunch and dinner respectively, you’ll get to enjoy a delicious meal amidst festive vibes that take a leaf from the buzzy night life in Jaffa, the oldest part of Tel Aviv. The menu is designed for maximum enjoyment and minimum fuss. Thus, you can expect a wave of hummus, babaganoush, falafel, tzaziki, tahini, pickles, beetroot salad, cauliflower tabouleh, harissa, tomato chutney, an Asian slaw and Miznon’s famous pita to show up first. There is no need to crack your head over which of these core “salatims” to choose because you get them all. And they are refillable! If you have dined at Miznon before, I don’t need to tell you how fresh and tasty they are. If you haven’t, well, I’m telling you now 😆 Furthermore, depending on what other produce is delivered that day, additional “salatims” might even show up. Next comes the food from the grill. Every guest gets to choose two skewers from the selection of meats, seafoods and vegetables. Chef Or curated a few for us and they were really good. Loved the Lamb Chops (need to top-up $15 for it) and Lamb Kebab the most. I really enjoyed the savoury Parsley Lemon Butter Tiger Prawns (top-up $4) and sweetish Soy and Date Honey Salmon as well. They were grilled perfectly, so textures were on point. So too the skewer of juicy Asparagus with chewy Halloumi Cheese. Housemade rose lemonade or soda is also included in the set. Desserts are available a la carte. I guess because not everyone will have tummy room after those refillable “salatims” and skewers 😅 However, I recommend not skipping them. ⬇️Continued in Comments⬇️
