I have been having Eczema since young and after the birth of her 2nd child, my eczema worsens. I have tried various alternative but it's still the same. In 2012 I was put on both oral and external application steroid by the doctor but was heavily addicted since 2014. After years on the steroid, my whole body such as face, feet, hands and joints starts to swells, that's when I decided to stop the steroids in 2017. I starts to wear long sleeves and pants to cover up at work and also I dare not go out much. It took me almost 3yrs for the swelling to starts reduce but the process is slow and the itch is still present at the same time.

My body is still swollen when I got to know the 90days program in March 2020. It takes me almost 3years to reduce the swell to manageable but in less than 90days, my legs and hands are back to normal and the eczema itch begins to ease off and my face is now back to normal where unlike the past, one look from my face you'll know I have eczema.

I'm so glad I decided to give the program a go 🥳 the results is amazing 🥰

以前當模特兒時都很害怕聽到人家說“你好像胖了”，“你今天好像水腫 ” 聽到這些話都很恐懼！所以都想盡辦法的去減肥維持身材，很多方法我都試過，幾乎什麼減肥藥都吃過，吃利尿劑和吃完就跑到廁所去嘔吐，代餐等等！

想到以前都用這麼極端的方式來減肥真的很不健康很可怕！在哪時候身體的健康狀況都很差，精神狀況情緒狀況皮膚狀況都不好，想到真的還蠻恐怖後悔的。年輕時比較不會想，年紀稍微有了點就會比較在乎注重健康。

其實真的可以用很多健康的方式來減肥！運動就是最好的選擇，不管你是否要減肥，其實運動 對每個人來說都非常的重要的，運動不只是為了減肥也是為了健康！

When I was a model, I was afraid to hear people say "you seem to be fat" and "you seem to be swollen today". I was very afraid of these words! So I tried my best to lose weight and maintain my figure. I have tried many methods. I have taken almost all weight loss pills. After taking diuretics and eating, I went to the toilet to vomit, meal replacements and so on!
Thinking of using such extreme methods to lose weight in the past is really unhealthy and terrible! At that time, the health of the body is very bad. The mental condition, emotional condition and skin condition are also not good. Before young not really pay attention is self health. In fact, you can really lose weight in many healthy ways! Exercise is the best choice. Whether you want to lose weight or not, it is actually very important for everyone. Exercise is not only for weight loss but also for health!

For this episode, we embarked on an EPIC CHEAT DAY where I LOST MY ABS IN 6 HOURS! Steven, a long-time friend and semiregular guest star, suggested that we should head over to the East side of Singapore for a cheat day as there are many malls in close proximity there. Beginning at Tampines 1 and ending at Waterway Point, I ate 12 dishes from 4 different malls, resulting in a massive 7-inch increase in waist circumference.

It was a hard push towards the end, evident from my extremely distended midsection. My normally visible abdominals gave way to a turgid and swollen belly. However, it allowed me to satisfy my cravings in between my usually strict dieting between shoots. I was pleased with Steven’s choice of malls as they had good selections of food and drinks while mostly being walking distance from one another.
