Reason? It is probably the relationship of the 3️⃣ nerves behind kidneys that are originated from Lumbar plexus, branching out, turning around ASIS (the lateral bony part of your pelvis on the sides, around your waist), and 2️⃣ of them go into the Inguinal Canal, that could contribute to the pain. It can also be presented with patients having both back and inguinal pain. And why Kidneys have a role in back pain❓❓❓Not only because of its proximity with back pain, but also its right in front of 3️⃣ nerves, they are 1️⃣ subcostal nerve, 2️⃣ iliohypogastric nerve & 3️⃣ ilioinguinal nerve, of which 2️⃣ & 3️⃣ are mentioned above, that they go inside the Inguinal Canal. So kidney’s improper movement can irritate these three nerves, which results in inguinal pain is not something too surprising, correct ❓🤓 Pay also the close relationship between Inguinal Canal & all 4️⃣ layers of abdominal muscles..... the tension born on these muscles will create tension on the canal. Knowing that the nervous system on human body is such a big network, and you will not be surprised at the root cause of a problem may not be the same as the symptomatic body part. And, don’t always blame your protruded disc for your back pain - it can be the culprit of your back pain but, there are many more possible sources other than PID (椎間盤突出）. Study a city’s map before you can drive safely in a city, so study human anatomy before you place your hands on your patients.
