    ส่วนผสม

    - กุ้งก้ามกราม 1 กิโลกรัม
    - หมูสามชั้น 150 กรัม
    - วุ้นเส้น 200 กรัม
    - ต้นหอม 3 ต้น
    - ขึ้นช่าย 3 ต้น
    - ขิงแก่ 1 แง่ง
    - กระเทียม 1 หัว
    - รากผักชี 4 ราก
    - ชวงเจีย (พริกหอม) 1 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - พริกไทยป่น 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - น้ำเปล่า 500 ml.
    - ซอสหอยนางรม 4 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - ซีอิ้วขาว 2 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - ซีอิ้วดำ(หวาน) 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - น้ำมันงา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - น้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - เหล้าจีน 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ (ใส่หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้ตามชอบ)

    Ingredients
    - 1 kg. giant freshwater prawn
    - 150 g. streaky pork
    - 200 g. Dried Cellophane noodles
    - 3 Onion sprink
    - Celery
    - Ginger
    - 10 Garlic cloves
    - 4 coriander root
    - 2 tbsp. Sichuan Pepper
    - 1 tbsp. Pepper
    - 500 ml. Water
    - 4 tbsp. Oyster sauce
    - 2 1/2 tbsp. light soy sauce
    - 2 tbsp. sweet black soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
    - 1 tbsp. sugar
    - 2 tbsp. Chinese cooking Wines
