Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate at Trove Brands, you will coordinate the receiving, preparation, and shipping of product. You’ll play an integral role in the efficiency of our inbound and outbound supply chain.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be expected to be a leader in all aspects of the Fulfillment Team's job duties. You’ll apply your relentless drive and strong work ethic to encourage solid production numbers from yourself, as well as from others. While every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole, your specific responsibilities will include:

• Direct the general fulfillment of orders by example
• Strategize inbound receiving procedures
• Lead varying warehouse team projects, ensuring maximum group efficiency
• Manage warehouse organization, general cleanliness, and safety procedures
• Verify outbound shipments and coordinate documents to guarantee vendor compliance

Qualifications
We’re looking for team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re specifically looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• General Warehousing experience

「情緒勒索」常見於許多人際關係中，包含職場、親子、夫妻、朋友等。情緒勒索者可能在有意識或無意識中，使用要求、威脅、施壓、沉默等直接或間接的「勒索」手段，讓被勒索者產生各種負面情緒，例如挫敗感、罪惡感、恐懼感…，這些感受就會在被勒索者的內心發酵進而造成傷害。⁡

「你如果不聽我的話，你和我之間的關係/愛情/幸福，便會產生裂痕」，這是情緒勒索者的語言。被勒索者的共同點就是幾乎都有「爛好人」的傾向、富有責任感，常常不小心把別人的責任也當成了自己的…；很重視這段關係，重視到忽略了自己的情緒，為了安慰對方而勉強自己答應。情緒勒索者其實是個對自己沒有自信的人，害怕自己會失去這段關係，害怕面對自己的不安全感，所以當別人不願答應自己的需求，便會抓狂。⁡

對抗情緒勒索的SOS大原則：⁡

1.Stop（停）→不回應，先爭取時間，拉開彼此間的距離。⁡
遭到情緒勒索的第一個步驟，就是對於對方的要求不要馬上做判斷。⁡
勒索者大多都會逼迫你立刻做出選擇，但你可以拖延時間，避開馬上選擇，說法如下：⁡
「我現在沒辦法馬上回覆，我需要一些思考的時間」、「我不想現在做決定」、「我要想一想」。⁡

2.Observe（觀察）→對於對方的要求，自己是怎麼想的？有什麼情緒產生？⁡
離開現場後，你可以試著做幾個深呼吸，告訴自己不必再驚慌緊張，接著冷靜地問問自己：「剛剛他說了什麼？」「他是不是每次都把情緒丟到我身上？」「我有什麼感覺？」「我應該被他這樣對待嗎？」「我有必要答應他嗎？為什麼?」不要讓「我害不害怕」成為判斷標準，而是依據「我是否願意」來察覺自己的情緒，才能決定要如何回應。⁡

3.Strategize（擬定策略）→不進行自我防衛、等對方情緒緩和再討論。⁡
再次面對對方時，如果你也連珠炮似地激烈地提出自己的主張，就會變成只是互相堅持意見，你可能也會變成情緒勒索者哦。因此不要使用自我防衛的溝通方式（用尖銳的言詞來刺激對方以保護自己）而改用:「我知道你的想法了」「就算你罵我、躲我、掉眼淚都沒用，因為那樣什麼都解決不了」，接下來的重點是，要將自己思考過後的決定，好好地跟對方說明清楚。最好能將台詞寫下來，並多多練習，才可以讓你口氣更堅定。你沒答應對方的話，對方一定會逼問你理由。這時，面對「為什麼？」不要回答「因為」，這樣一來就能不用低聲下氣地脫離情緒勒索。只要試著闡述你的想法跟價值觀都與對方差很多即可。⁡

Everyday we are strategizing to make baby less fussy. Always something new everyday. Haven't really found a good set up yet but I think we're getting closer. Right when we think we've got it all figured out baby is always throwing us a new curve ball but we're catching it and making changes to meet his needs. Let's see what baby has in stored for us tomorrow.
