📍Cavenagh Bridge
The only suspension bridge and one of the oldest bridges in Singapore, spanning the lower reaches of the Singapore River in the Downtown Core.
Opened in 1869 to commemorate Singapore's new Crown colony of the Straits Settlements status in 1867, it is the oldest bridge in Singapore that exists in its original form.

นึกว่าอ่านข่าวเมืองไทย 🇹🇭 สมัยที่ผู้ติดเชื้อกำลังพีคๆ ค่ะ 🥲

ใครอยู่สิงคโปร์ 🇸🇬 ช่วงนี้ รักษาเนื้อรักษาตัวกันให้ดีนะคะ #พยายามอย่าให้ติดโควิดเป็นดีที่สุด เพราะรัฐเริ่มมาตรการให้รักษาตัวเองที่บ้านแล้ว โดยเฉพาะคนที่อายุไม่เยอะ ฉีดวัคซีนแล้ว และอาการไม่หนัก

แต่เท่าที่อ่านประสบการณ์ผู้ติดเชื้อจากข่าวแล้ว ระบบที่รัฐวางไว้ พอนำมาปฏิบัติแล้วยังมีจุดบกพร่องเยอะทีเดียวค่ะ

สื่อใหญ่ The Straits Times พบข้อมูลประสบการณ์ของผู้ติดเชื้อในสิงคโปร์ 🇸🇬 จากแชทรูม จึงออกไปสัมภาษณ์มา 5 ราย แต่ละรายเจอปัญหาอะไรบ้าง ลองอ่านเป็นกรณีศึกษาค่ะ

#1 ให้รักษาตัวที่บ้าน แต่ไม่ได้รับการติดต่อกลับ
====================
Mr. Chow อายุ 37 ปี ตรวจพบเชื้อโควิดตั้งแต่ 13 กย และได้รับโทรศัพท์ให้เตรียมจัดกระเป๋าสำหรับไปอยู่ที่ศูนย์ดูแลชุมชนเป็นเวลา 7 วัน
.
แต่หลังจากนั้นก็ไม่มีการติดตามผลใดๆ และเค้าก็ยังรออยู่ที่บ้านของเค้าจนบัดนี้
.
เค้าเฝ้าตรวจโควิดด้วยตัวเองด้วยอุปกรณ์ artigen rapid test จนกระทั่งผลตรวจว่า ปลอดเชื้อแล้วตั้งแต่ 2-3 วันที่ผ่านมา
.
เค้ากำลังไม่แน่ใจว่าจะต้องทำอย่างไรต่อ จะกลับไปใช้ชีวิตปกติได้หรือยัง เพราะฮอทไลน์ของ สธ บอกให้เค้ารอฟังว่า ต้องปฎิบัติตัวอย่างไรต่อไป
.
และสถานะในแอพ TraceTogether ก็ขึ้นว่า “not cleared” หมายถึง ยังไปทานอาหารตามร้านไม่ได้ เว้นแต่ว่าจะได้รับข้อยกเว้นเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
.
อนึ่ง ผู้ติดเชื้อที่รักษาตัวเองที่บ้านตามแนวทาง home recovery scheme จะได้รับการประเมินผลของแพทย์ผ่านโทรเวชกรรม (telemedicine)
.
แต่ Mr. Chow กลับไม่เคยได้รับการติดต่อใดๆ รวมทั้งแนวทางปฏิบัติตัวที่ชัดเจน

#2 ผู้สูงอายุถูกทิ้งให้อยู่โดยลำพังที่บ้าน

พ่อวัย 82 ปีของ Mr Liau ตรวจพบเชื้อโควิดในวันที่ 15 กย และถูกนำตัวส่ง รพ ในอีก 3 วันต่อมา
.
เค้าต้องทิ้งภรรยาวัย 79 ปีให้รออยู่ที่บ้าน แม้ภรรยาของเค้าจะตรวจพบเชื้อโควิดเช่นกันและเริ่มมีอาการแล้ว
.
Mr. Liau กังวลกับคุณแม่ของเค้ามาก เนื่องจากเพิ่งออกจาก รพ เพราะเป็นลม แต่ต้องอยู่บ้านคนเดียวตั้งแต่วันเสาร์
.
เค้าพยายามติดต่อกระทรวงสุขภาพ (MOH) แต่เพิ่งจะโทรติดไม่นานมานี้ จนเมื่อวานนี้ (22 กย) ถึงได้มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาที่บ้านแม่เค้าเพื่อตรวจโควิดแบบ PCR หมายเหตุว่า เป็นเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ หลังจากที่แม่ของเค้าตรวจพบเชื้อด้วยเครื่องมือด้วยตัวเอง

และตอนนี้ ก็ยังรอผลตรวจ PCR และก็ยังไม่ทราบว่า อะไรจะเกิดขึ้นต่อไป
.
Mr. Liau ทิ้งท้ายไว้ว่า หากไม่มีผลตรวจ แม่ของเค้าจะทำอะไรไม่ได้เลย ออกจากบ้านไม่ได้ เข้าแอดมิทไม่ได้ ไปไหนไม่ได้ทั้งนั้น

#3 ผู้ติดเชื้ออายุ 6 ขวบ

ลูกชายวัย 6 ขวบของ Mr. Lee ตรวจพบเชื้อมา 7 วันแล้ว เค้าพาลูกชายไปพบแพทย์ทั่วไป (general practitioner) และได้รับคำแนะนำว่า ลูกชายเค้าควรเข้ารักษาในศูนย์การแพทย์ เค้าพยายามติดต่อ สธ แต่ไม่มีการตอบกลับแต่อย่างใด
.
ลูกชายของเค้าเคยมีประวัติเป็นลมชัก และตอนนี้พบอาการสวิงของไข้ขึ้นสูงและลดต่ำ ไอ จาม เจ็บคอ แม้อาการของลูกชายจะดีขึ้น แต่เค้าก็ยังกังวล เพราะผลตรวจจากเครื่องมือ artigen test ยังเป็นบวก
.
เค้ารู้สึกคับข้องใจกับการขาดการประสานงานของทางการ หลังจากการติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์ถูกโอนไปมาไปยังหลายหน่วยงาน
.
เค้าทิ้งท้ายไว้ว่า “หากรัฐบาลวางแผนไว้แล้วว่า ผู้ติดเชื้อจะเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมาก ก็ควรวางแผนเรื่องบุคลากรไว้ด้วย

#4 ใช้ห้องน้ำร่วมกับผู้ติดเชื้อ

Mr. Lim วัย 30+ ปี เป็นเพียงคนเดียวในครอบครัวที่ยังไม่ติดเชื้อโควิด นอกนั้นพ่อแม่ น้า และยายของเค้า ต่างติดเชื้อกันหมดแล้ว แม้ทุกคนรวมทั้งเค้าจะฉีดวัคซีนแล้วก็ตาม
.
พ่อและแม่ของเค้า ตรวจพบเชื้อตั้งแต่สัปดาห์ก่อน และได้รับข้อความในวันเดียวกันว่า จะถูกนำตัวไปรักษาที่ รพ หรือ ศูนย์พักฟื้นชุมชน แต่ในที่สุด ก็มีเจ้าหน้าที่มารับในอีก 2 วันถัดมา
.
ส่วนน้าของเค้า ตรวจพบเชื้อพร้อมกับพ่อแม่เค้า แต่กลับยังไม่ได้รับการติดต่อใดๆ เลยจวบจนวันนี้ ส่วนคุณยายของเค้า เข้ารักษาใน รพ แล้ว
.
ขณะที่พ่อแม่ของเค้ารอเจ้าหน้าที่มารับไปรักษา เค้าต้องใช้ห้องน้ำร่วมกับพ่อแม่ ซึ่งแม้เค้าจะพยามทำความสะอาด แต่ก็พบว่า ไม่มีสุขอนามัยนัก เนื่องจากพ่อแม่ของเค้าในวัย 60+ ปี ยังไม่ค่อยเข้าใจตรงจุดนี้
.
เค้าได้พูดถึงปัญหาที่พบ คือ ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ยาก และต้องรอเวลาเพื่อได้รับการตอบกลับ เช่น เมื่อเค้าโทรติดต่อสายด่วน มีแค่ 2 จาก 10 ครั้งที่โทรติด แต่ก็เข้าสู่ระบบอัตโนมัติ ต้องรอไปเรื่อยๆ ไม่มีผู้รับสาย

#5 ได้รับการติดต่อหลายครั้ง เพื่อข้อมูลเดิมๆ

Christine อายุ 38 ปี ตรวจพบเชื้อโควิดในวันที่ 15 กย และถูกบอกว่า จะถูกนำตัวไปยังศูนย์ดูแลชุมชน
.
แต่ก่อนที่เธอจะถูกรับตัว เธอได้รับโทรศัพท์หลายครั้ง ถามข้อมูลเดิมๆ เช่น ที่อยู่และข้อมูลของลูก ฯลฯ จากเจ้าหน้าที่คนละคน ทำให้เธอรู้สึกว่า เคสของเธอไม่ได้เร่งด่วน
.
ในที่สุด เธอก็ถูกนำส่งศูนย์ดูแลชุมชนหลังจากตรวจพบเชื้อ 4 วัน เธอยังคงรักษาตัวอยู่ แม้อาการต่างๆ จะเริ่มดีขึ้น เช่น มีไข้ ไอแห้ง คัดจมูก สูญเสียการได้กลิ่นและรับรส ฯลฯ
.
การรักษาของเธอที่นี่ เธอจะอยู่ในห้องและรักษาผ่านโทรศัพท์ โดยยาและอาหารจะถูกส่งเข้ามาในห้อง
.
เธอกล่าวเพิ่มว่า ลูกชายของเธอในวัยมัธยมก็ติดเชื้อเช่นกัน แต่รักษาตัวอยู่ที่บ้าน ซึ่งอยู่ร่วมกับลูกสาวอีก 2 คนของเธอซึ่งไม่ติดเชื้อ โดยมีแม่ของเธอดูแลลูกๆ ให้

อนึ่ง ตัวเลขผู้ติดเชื้อโควิดในชุมชนของสิงคโปร์ 🇸🇬 เมื่อวานนี้ เพิ่มขึ้น 1,453 คน โดยมีผู้เสียชีวิตเพิ่ม 3 คน
.
ผู้เสียชีวิตที่อายุน้อยที่สุดเมื่อวานนี้ คือ 50 ปี ไม่ได้ฉีดวัคซีนและไม่มีข้อมูลเรื่องโรคประจำตัว
.
ใน 3 คนนี้ มีผู้ที่ฉีดวัคซีนครบแล้ว 1 คน เป็นหญิงวัย 90 ปี มีโรคประจำตัว
.
ทำให้ตอนนี้ สิงคโปร์พบผู้เสียชีวิตที่ฉีดวัคซีนครบแล้ว จำนวน 4 คน ทั้งหมดเป็นผู้สูงอายุและมีโรคประจำตัว

Semua orang tengok! Inilah apa yang dilakukan oleh Persatuan Seniman Malaysia. Polis Malaysia sudah sibuk dengan MCO setiap hari. Sudah lebih dari setengah tahun dan tidak ada cara untuk berehat dengan baik, tidak ada cara untuk makan dengan betul. Tetapi orang-orang ini hanya suka melaporkan kejadian bodoh tanpa menggunakan otak dan memanggil wartawan datang ambil gambar mereka, bahkan tanpa memakai topeng. Mereka hanya tahu mengganggu kerja polis dan membazirkan sumber sosial, hanya dengan tujuan ingin keluar di surat khabar supaya diri mereka jadi famous.

Seniman ini hanya tahu minta dana kerajaan, tetapi tidak melakukan perkara yang betul dan berfaedah. Mereka tidak menolong artis menyelesaikan masalah mereka, malah dibuat aduan oleh ahli artis mereka sendiri. Ini adalah keburukan organisasi Seniman ini, dan ini betul-betul memalukan rakyat Malaysia.
 
Jangan bimbang semua kawan. Perkara pertama yang saya lakukan ketika pulang ke Malaysia adalah bekerjasama dengan siasatan polis. Saya percaya bahawa Majlis Kehakiman Malaysia akan memberi kita keadilan.
