CREAMY PROTEIN OATS 🥣🍐 I’ve always been a bit 🥴 about proats cos I’m such an oatmeal snob & the idea of stodgy, chalky oats just doesn’t sound appealing But I so surprised at how good it turned out using @organicule’s Sunflower Protein 🌻 the texture was still creamy & almost fluffy? ☁️ And the flavour didn’t change at all so that’s a bonus! Until this Sunday ONLY, one of these boss beasts will be displayed in MO Bar, proudly boasting its ‘B’ insignia. After you’ve feasted your eyes on the car, you can then feast on the sweets and savouries designed especially for the event. The signature scones here are embossed with that recognisable logo and the Victoria sponge here is a lighter rendition of the traditionally rather stodgy cake. Bakewell tart, infused with almond essence and jam, is another classic a British treat and I liked that the version here goes easy on the almond flavour! Continuing the tribute to Bentley’s British origins, the savoury stand features best of the best picnic delights, reminiscent of a sunny day in the park in an English summer.
