作者一開始以坐飛機為例，大家應該都有這樣的經驗，從高處往下看時，所有的人、車、建築物變得很小，更改了角度，讓我們脫離平常的視角去看，而有自己很渺小、脫離緊張來去日常生活，那樣的幾秒鐘。

「我們就像一顆顆小細胞，在路徑上來回、散聚，感覺擁擠或孤寂，這樣的動作讓世界的身體保持健康。」

最近剛好看到一些關於靜心的分享，日常的靜心，只要做一件事情練習專心、心無旁騖，會到沒有自我邊界的感覺，喝茶、走路、從飛機上看下來讚嘆時也是，專注在當下的感受，可以融入在日常的靜心很棒，這是最近的感想。 以上是小天使的分享。
