    清胎毒避免BB濕疹？
    陳太：「我現在懷孕32周，朋友都說我要清胎毒，要吃西瓜和飲白蓮鬚糖水，否則會把濕疹傳給寶寶。」

    CheckCheckCin：不少孕媽媽以為懷孕覺得很熱就是有「胎毒」，胎兒屬「元陽之軀」，孕婦感到熱是正常的，假如你在孕期過度進補、多吃辛辣煎炸食物、經常熬夜，以致出現喉乾口渴、口瘡口氣、暗瘡、尿黃便秘、心情暴躁等體內偏熱症狀，才需要適量為身體清熱清胎毒。然而清胎毒必須靠醫師的辨證論治，對症下藥，因為每位孕婦的體質都不一樣。坊間流傳的白蓮鬚有清心益腎、益血固精作用，主治夢泄遺精、吐血崩漏、瀉痢，建議孕婦經醫師診治下才服用。如果孕婦體質本身偏寒涼、虛弱，胡亂自行「清胎毒」，反傷母子正氣。
    濕疹是很普遍的皮膚病，如父母雙方都有濕疹，遺傳給孩子的機會高達七成；濕疹除遺傳因素外，空氣、環境、塵蟎、食物敏感等都可致病，與其只顧「清胎毒」，不如微調生活及飲食習慣，避免過份進補、減少進食辛辣、重口味食物。

Instead of focusing on ‘clearing the fetal toxins’, we should adjust our lifestyle and dietary habits, avoid over-nourishing our body, and cut down on hot, spicy, and heavily flavored foods.
