材料 Ingredients：
豆角Spring beans
一百四十克半肥瘦豬肉碎 140g minced pork
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp cooking oil
一茶匙砂糖 1tsp sugar
少許胡椒粉 ground pepper powder
一湯匙欖菜 1tbsp preserved olives
兩茶匙蒜頭碎 2tsp chopped garlic
一茶匙魚露 1tsp fish sauce
少許紅蘿蔔，切花 some sliced carrot (optional)
一茶匙生粉加一湯匙清水用來埋芡 1tsp starch in 1tbsp water (to thicken the sauce)
適量麻油 sesame oil
