A new dimension in luxury: The first BMW X7 combines the presence, exclusivity and spaciousness of a luxury car with the versatile, agile driving properties of a Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). Production will take place at BMW Plant Spartanburg (USA). Market launch will be March 2019.
The largest BMW X model is 5,151 millimetres in length, 2,000 millimetres wide and 1,805 millimetres tall, and has a wheelbase of 3,105 millimetres. Its clear and precise design language spans a punchy, extremely prominent front end, large windows, high ground clearance, a long roofline and a two-section split tailgate. Exclusive detailing includes extensive chrome elements. LED headlights are standard, BMW Laserlight optional.
Generous interior space across three rows of seats. Seven seats as standard. Middle row can be specified with two individual comfort seats as an option. Uncompromised space in the third row, complete with armrests, cupholders and USB ports. All seats are electrically adjustable. Vernasca leather trim as standard. Boot capacity can be expanded from 326 litres to a maximum 2,120 litres.
20-inch light-alloy wheels as standard, 21- and 22-inch light-alloy wheels optional.

With this model the premium manufacturer is tapping into a new segment for the full-size class – an elegant alternative to the robust presence of a classic sport utility vehicle. The Q8 concept stands for maximum prestige. It combines the spaciousness typical of an SUV with the emotional lines of a coupe. Propulsion is provided by a powerful, yet highly efficient plug-in hybrid with 330 kW of system output and 700 Nm (516.3 lb-ft) of torque. The concept car is the basis for a production model that Audi will launch on the market in 2018.
At 5.02 meters (16.5 ft) long, the Audi Q8 concept is an impressive presence in the full-size class. Thanks to a wheelbase of three meters (9.8 ft), the show car offers plenty of space for passengers and luggage. Despite the sloping, coupe-like roofline, even the rear-seat passengers enjoy ample head and shoulder room. 戀愛和股票很相似。
有沒有看過杜琪峰那部《奪命金》？
最深刻一幕，是黑仔與青雲走去找幕後金主宋先生。
黑仔輸掉了宋先生的錢，宋先生壓著自己的怒火，輕輕問兩位，到底知不知道股票是什麼。
青雲說：「以小搏大，槓桿槓杆再槓杆。」
也是的，戀愛初期，的確是 inflate 自己的階段；明明唔係咁，扮到自己係咁，一個字講晒就係「充」。
但宋先生說的才是真理。
「股票是人對未來的預測。」
股票如是，戀愛亦如是：兩人之間持續不斷的 interaction，如果想由一個階段昇華到另一階段，對每一小格細節都必須作出準確的預測。
就說最簡單的——開房。
多得 Covid，香港人為「開房」這個如此低俗的節目，改了一個非常有詩意的代名詞——staycation。
對普通人而言，去得 staycation，最緊要當然是房間的質素。很多人以為，easy 啦，要高質素，選名牌酒店便是了。
錯了。
港島區內讓人最失望的名牌叫做文華。
大拿拿幾千蚊訂個靚 suite，最基本要求就是空間，但因為文華套房的樓底非常低，一開門進去已經是說不出的壓逼感。
樓底不高，由客廳進去睡房更是失望，因為整個睡房都沒有窗戶。早上一覺醒來，最渴望做的，就是按下那個 button，看著窗簾慢慢打開，讓晨光灑滿大床上。冇窗嘅話，連天光定天黑都未知。
好，去到浴室，真係有窗，還是大大隻的。之但係，望正對面的 Hong Kong Club，咁到底我沐浴更衣的時候，關窗簾還是開窗簾好？這個設計，是否有點反智？
要比，就真的不能跟君悅比。
先不說樓底與光線，光是人家的設計與擺設已經知道什麼是智慧了——a sense of spaciousness 不是一定依靠 space 來營造的。
但就是因為君悅太好，去過太多次，而職員又太好禮貌，每次一 check in 就「葉生你好」。你話餐廳職員認得你就話啫，連 check in 嘅同事都認得，咁即係開房常客啦。跟你一起 check in 那位朋友知道你是常客，你估佢又會唔會信你平時係一個人嚟住？
凡事作出準確預測，出事的機會率便會大大減低，所以我好醒，最後選擇了尖沙咀最歷史悠久的酒店。
房靚，service 好，餐廳質素一流。
但呢個世界，就是天網恢恢。
開開心心，甜甜蜜蜜，一齊 check in。
職員攞完身分證，按了電腦幾下。「睇番 record，葉生對上一次嚟已經係五年前喇喎，多謝你再次選擇我哋。」
你明唔明......
空氣凝固......
係乜嘢感覺......
小姐，你咁講，即係話畀我隔離嗰位聽，我五年前嚟開過房啫。
正當我看著那隻金翅仆街鳥在頭頂飛過的時候，打破冰封的空氣那位，竟然是她。
「小姐，」她跟職員說，「你覺得我隔離嗰位個樣，似唔似一個長情嘅人？」
職員猶豫之際，她繼續說：「咪係囉，既然你都唔肯定佢係咪一個長情嘅人，又點可以肯定，五年前同佢一齊嚟嗰個，係我呢？」
恍然大悟的職員，紅面了。
「我冇所謂呀，」她繼續揶揄，「但你睇吓呢位葉先生個樣，幾咁尷尬。」
「信我，」我對她說，「你唔係我帶嚟嘅第一個，但肯定係最後一個。」
因為我以後都唔會再嚟。

This is one of my closets I’m starting to rebuild and boy the honesty that comes from more spaciousness has turned my life inside out, who would have known right? But this is how powerful this work is.
Always honor your expression, sit with it even if it’s messy, imperfect, and know that it is a process to work through and we can do this together, unravelling the insights and awareness about your unique expression through your clothes.
This process has supported me hugely in being more honest about my life, letting go of holding back or hiding and it is one of the greatest tools to deepen gentleness and surrender. It also makes it so much easier to see my clothes, pick them in simplicity and no complication. Life becomes much more simple and not a struggle. A huge blessing and clearing all in one.
