The Chinese saying is「吃雞不見雞」, which means Eating Chicken without seeing the Chicken 🐔🙈. Thanks people for tolerating me posting this similar dish for the Nth time, I quite like this dish especially if the soup consomme is done well！

🔸Soupless Tan Tan noodles 擔擔麵. I like most food at 映水芙蓉, unfortunately this isn't one of them. Their 小面 is much better, but somehow this visit wanted to retry this again 🙄

McDonald's Japan started seasonal items for Tsukimi series today(9/8). Tsukimi is moon viewing festival traditionally for wishing good harvest in autumn. Rich Cheese Melt Tsukimi burger is beef patty, cheese, sunny-side-up and bacon, tomato cream sauce and the buns has cheese flavor. Shaka Shaka Potato Yuzu Seven Spice Mayo Seasoning. It's spicy seasoning. Tsukimi McShake is Wasanbon sugar and Kinako roasted soybean flour. Tsukimi Pie is azuki red bean paste and mochi pie. It's one of my favorite item in McDonald's pies.

【ingredients】160×113×H48mm（Inside dimension140×110×H45mm）
50g bracken-root starch
50g light brown sugar
3g　Instant coffee
250ml　water
25g　KINAKO”(soybean flour)
20g light brown sugar
A pinch of salt
brown sugar syrup

【材料】160×113×H48mm（内寸140×110×H45mm）
わらび粉　　50g
きび砂糖　　50g
インスタントコーヒー　3g
水　　　　250ml
きな粉　　25g
きび砂糖　20g
塩　　　　ひとつまみ
黒みつ　　お好みの量

【作り方】
①ボウルにわらび粉、きび砂糖、インスタントコーヒー、水を加えて良く混ぜます。

②ボウルに軽くラップをかぶせて600wの電子レンジで2分温めて混ぜて、またラップをかぶせて2分温めて良く混ぜて、もう一度ラップをかけて1分温めて良く混ぜます。
※ボウルの大きさや気温によってはこの時間より短くなったり長くなったりしますので、混ぜた時に完全に水分が混ざったら出来上がりです。

③容器を水で濡らしておいて、そこへ②を流しこんでゴムベラでよくならして氷水で冷やして中央部分まで良く冷えたら出来上がりです。
(冷蔵庫で冷やすと固くなったりしますのでご注意ください。)

④バットなどの容器にきなこ、きび砂糖、塩を入れてよく混ぜます。
③を一口大の大きさに切ってきな粉をまぶして器に盛って、うえから黒みつをかけます。
