During MIT Beyond Food Bootcamp week, is being cover varieties of topics staring by Environmental Sustainability and the collaboration and use of the “Source map” created by an advocate for supply chain transparency, Leonardo Amerigo.

You might be wondering how this fits in regards of the week’s material, as Leonardo Bonanni mentioned “This tool collaborates by tracing products from raw materials to end consumers, and during this process we can save money, reduce risk, and improve social and environmental concession”.

This perspective makes us consider new possibilities and projects in regards to supply chains, and keep an eye on the monitor for exceptions against certified production and quantities of every company.
