有时候病人拿着这种没有标签而且还五颜六色的药物来医院求诊时，绝对是医生的噩梦

所以，如果长期服用药物者，请认清楚自己吃的药物和药量，这对我们诊病的时候提供很大的帮助
要不然可以把药单拍起来，那医生看病的时候，也大约知道平时病情的控制如何

最怕病人和我们说：我吃的药是什么颜色
天啊市面上那么多药物的品种啊 😂😂

Hello private clinic!
Below is a medication from one of my patient who was in a critical condition..this child is only 11years old, vietnamese, brought in by mother who only speak and understand vietnam language..that child was fitting when they came to our red zone..whatever need to done to stop his fitting was done! Yet he was not really in a good shape post fitting.
Then we manage to dig some history from a vietnam friend who can speak minimum bahasa.. it seems he memang have underlying of epilepsy and seeing and taking medication from some private clinic..then she showed me this 👇👇 a non labelled medication, only this colourful tablets,not even on the medication cover written anything. just how many times to take the medication thats it!! Its Difficult to identify wat medication can it be, we was cracking head😧
so basicly we dont know his underlying, duno what medication he taking and the history wasnt clear at all..at the end that child was intubated as he was detoriating,having multiple times fitting continously😢😢

Moral of the story is ;
Doctors at private Clinics: pls be aware what medication is being despatch, make sure they write the medication name if they gona unseal the medicine silver strip and only giving those tablets ..like fr example panadol-ubat demam,metformin-kencing manis etc. As some private clinic punya medication counter is only handle by some1 who is not a pharmacy or assistant pharmacy ( i have seen so many clinics like tat) they dont even know what medication they giving 😦

Public : when u go to private clinic and if u r lucky enough to get "unsealed medication" like below.. make sure u ask them to write what medication is this and wats the purpose.. thats ur right to know what u gona take!!

P/s: And whenever u or ur family member come to hospital to seek treatment..pls bring all ur medication or your medication list/slip.. it wil be so helpful for both u and me..
