【鋒膳 Flower Drum, Wanchai】therefore comes recommended definitely as amongst the Top shops 🔝, especially if you order A La Carte portion which is a smidgen better than Lunch Rice Plates! Not only that, both Father & Son are passionate veterans & father is considered a Top Expert in Cantonese cuisine for decades, I have tried all of their shops previously & it's consistent, produce is always ace & they continuously improve. Sister shop『井巷子 Jing Alley』, which doesn't require pressing a button to get in upstairs like here, is duly awarded a Michelin 🍽. If Flower Drum HK moved locations or becomes easier to access I am sure they will get one too instantly without questioning! 😋😍

Ingredients:

40g pumpkin (You don't have to strain though)
30g sweetener (I used maple syrup)
1 smidgen nutmeg
1 smidgen cloves
2 dash cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 2 shot espresso, or 120 brewed coffee
280g your choice of milk (I used soy milk)

Instructions:

1. steam and strain pumpkin.
2. make espresso or brewed coffee.
3. steam or warm up soy milk.
4. put everything together in your mug.

かぼちゃ　40g
甘味料　30g
ナツメグ　少々
クローブ　少々
シナモン　少々
生姜　小さじ1/4
バニラエクストラクト　小さじ1/2
エスプレッソ　１〜２ショット（もしくはドリップコーヒー　120g）
豆乳　280g

「作り方」

１、かぼちゃを蒸して裏ごしします。
２、エスプレッソかドリップコーヒーを作ります。
３、豆乳を温めます。
４、全てをマグカップに入れたら出来上がり。
