    大家「八月半」快樂！
    和大家分享這首應景的歌曲［八月十五］。

    幾年前的短片作品《裙襬上的夏天》裡的主題曲［八月十五］，就是在描述在中秋夜離家的心情。榮幸邀請到余佩真JenJen演唱。

    詞由我寫，曲是蔣韜，這是我們的第一次合作，第二次是《到站》，《光的孩子》的片尾曲[無垢鳥]則是第三次。

    《裙襬上的夏天》由余佩真、Sharon 黃湘婷 / Šā's、古斌主演，曾入圍金穗最佳劇情片、台北電影獎短片類，也曾受邀在高雄電影節播放，並榮獲了2010客家ＭＶ大賽年度最佳ＭＶ。是繼處女作《黑貓大旅社》之後，我的第二部編導作品。在utube上有全片，歡迎收看。

    [八月十五］歌曲簡介
    歌詞靈感來源是客家傳統的新娘哭嫁詞。

    新娘哭詞的來由是這樣的。新娘結婚子前幾天，就不再出門工作。 邀親友圍坐，哭起嫁歌來。 新娘居中起聲，其他人接腔，依次哭去，不分晝夜。 主要内容有回憶母女情，訴說分別苦，感謝養育恩，托兄嫂照顧年邁雙親，教女為人處世的道理等。
    哭嫁歌一般為即席作， 哭詞各不相同，也有固定哭詞。
    曲與詞，一泣一訴，哀婉動人。

    本首歌詞是以新娘為主體，比較特別的是，內容並非描述正式嫁娶的新娘，而是一個女孩將與人私奔的心情。女孩在一個中秋的深夜，本是團圓的日子，女孩卻默默拜別父母，對著鏡子獨自為自己打扮。啓程之後，路途遙迢，經過無數村落山嶺，這個無典禮無祝幅的新娘，頻頻往家的方向回頭。今後一別，無以回來了。只有月亮兀自圓滿高懸，無論到哪裡，月亮都在。

    除了文本字面上的女孩為了愛情離家的掙扎與不捨，歌詞也企圖引申至遊子之於故鄉的情懷。

    曲方面配合歌詞，選擇的器樂是屬於比較民俗樂的調性，也加入了現代流行樂的元素，饒富古韻，新舊交融。節奏上也模擬女子行旅的步伐，走的急緩，循環反覆之間形成了路途遙遠，不斷行走的效果。
