    It's normal when a country has been using licensing systems to protect the medical staffs' and industries' monopoly for such a long time.

    On the other hand, we also notice that more than 50% of the American people try to get other medical services or treatments instead of the mainstream ones. Causes and effects, it's not difficult to understand.

    This video also reflects the shortcoming of the democracy I talked about yesterday: few interest groups manipulate the majority, due to the differences of the marginal costs. Most people just have no idea of the true medical costs. Naturally, they are vulnerable to the few interest groups and tend to be cheated in their votings as long as they are told some clichés, such as "The licensing system is trying to protect people."

    瞭解面試官真正想知道的是什麼，才能回答切中要領。

    "Tell me about yourself."�考官想知道：你為什麼適合這份工作。
    （差）My name is George. I am 25 years old. I just graduate from XX university….
    （一般）I have worked in XX restaurant for 2 years .
    （好）I believe that I am the best candidate for this position because…
    （好）When I was working in service field, I realized that my career goal is…
    你的名字、工作都寫在履歷上了，面試官最關心的也不是你的學歷，從最驕傲的部分開始，你的個性、能力、成就來證明你是最適合的人。

    "How would your colleague describe you?" �考官想知道：你的人際關係如何？
    （差）I never thought about that ?
    （一般）They might say that I'm easy going and responsible .....
    （好）My colleague would say that I am considerate and trustworthy. For example….
    負責，隨和都太一般，說出你的同事為什麼覺得你體貼，值得信賴，主動舉出實際經驗更有幫助。

    "What is your shortcoming?"�考官想知道：你的弱點。
    （差）I am afraid of mice and cockroaches
    （差）I'm too much of a perfectionist sometimes.
    （一般) I am easy to get nervous.
    （好). I am impatient person, I always ask myself finish the task as soon as possible which gave me pressure sometimes and influence my life.
    最扯的是怕小動物？這是缺點？把考官當笨蛋嗎？
    硬把優點說成弱點，讓考官覺得虛假、無法意識到自己的問題。然而緊張雖然可能是缺點，但考官聽太多了，因為大部分的人都有，回答應該要誠實：合理說明自己的弱點。

    "What is your parents’ opinion about you want to be a flight attendant ?"
    考官想知道：你是否得到家人的支持？
    (差） My parents support me very much.
    (一般）My parents always respect my decision .
    (好）My parents thought that my open-minded , considerate and dynamic suits this job ......................
    這個題目一出來9成以上會說支持，但有幫助嗎？考官真的相信嗎？父母尊重決定也沒有幫助？倒不如藉由父母來向考官推銷自己的個性，因為父母是最了解自己的人，才是「反敗為勝」的關鍵。

    以上這些面試答案都必須「量身定做」！因此只有一對一輔導才是你真正需要的！
