KENAPA BADAN YANG SIHAT ITU SANGAT PENTING?

When a body is fit, it can handle the everyday stresses of life and helps maintain both physical and mental health.

Badan yang sihat umpama enjin yang tip top conditionnya. Selnya kuat, tisunya sihat, maka sudah pasti organnya juga kuat dan sihat. Dengan adanya kekuatan dan kesihatan ini, maka segala sistem dalam badan akan berfungsi dengan baik termasuk minda kita.

Orang yang sihat jarang sekali stress, negatif, apatah lagi menghidap penyakit kronik 3 serangkai yang makin menjadi-jadi di kalangan masyarakat masa kini.

Begitu juga sebaliknya. Sekiranya badan tidak tidak sihat, ianya umpama kereta yang dah lama tak tukar minyak hitam, minyak gear, tayar dan sebagainya. Performance kereta pun tidak lagi cekap sebagaimana pada awal-awal kita beli kereta tersebut.

Badan yang tidak sihat bermakna selnya lemah, tisunya rosak, maka sudah tentu organnya juga lemah dan rosak. Biasa kan dengar orang kena dialisis, disebabkan buah pinggang rosak? Masa lahir, macam ok je buah pinggang? Biasa kan dengar orang lumpuh separuh badan kerana strok? Masa lahir sihat je, tak lumpuh.

Salam! In this video I share with you my hijabi and modest styling essentials. I found these items to be really helpful as I'm trying to dress more modestly since I started wearing the hijab. I know that making the decision to wear the hijab can be scary and daunting. That's why I made this video. I wanted it to be a place where the sisters who are thinking about wearing the hijab, who are just starting out, or who just want to dress more modestly, can come to and get the information they need to get to where they want to be without feeling judged.
