🥩A5 Japanese Wagyu beef from @shatoburian literally melts in the mouth like butter! YUMS!! We had their premium all in one Don which consists of steak cut A5 Wagyu beef with glazed Foie gras, sea urchin, ikura, onsen egg, topped with shaved truffles. Stunning combi all in one bowl. Just wished there was a little more beef to satisfy our cravings 🥩⁣ ⁣ Their Classic Truffle Don consists of Japanese Wagyu beef steak in truffle shoyu on rice with onsen egg, topped with shaved truffles. You can definitely tell the diff btw this Wagyu steak and the A5. The latter being more fatty hehe and satisfying 😋⁣ ⁣ We also had their Shato Sando Toast with glazed foie gras, chateaubriand Wagyu beef, fresh grated truffle. Shato-Suki ($80, additional charge for winter truffles). Any wagyu you order from Shatoburian's yakiniku menu will taste exceptional. But to me, the best of the best from the thin slice section is this shato-suki. One slice of sirloin, 100g, grilled in front of you, then served sukiyaki style served with raw Japanese egg. To make it better, @samcchua shaved lots of Manjimup winter truffles over!
