演Harry Potter的Daniel Radcliffe為Alan Rickman寫的悼文：
Alan Rickman is undoubtedly one of the greatest actors I will ever work with. He is also, one of the loyalest and most supportive people I've ever met in the film industry. He was so encouraging of me both on set and in the years post-Potter. I'm pretty sure he came and saw everything I ever did on stage both in London and New York. He didn't have to do that. I know other people who've been friends with him for much much longer than I have and they all say "if you call Alan, it doesn't matter where in the world he is or how busy he is with what he's doing, he'll get back to you within a day".
People create perceptions of actors based on the parts they played so it might surprise some people to learn that contrary to some of the sterner(or downright scary) characters he played, Alan was extremely kind, generous, self-deprecating and funny. And certain things obviously became even funnier when delivered in his unmistakable double-bass.
As an actor he was one of the first of the adults on Potter to treat me like a peer rather than a child. Working with him at such a formative age was incredibly important and I will carry the lessons he taught me for the rest of my life and career. Film sets and theatre stages are all far poorer for the loss of this great actor and man.![post-title]()

2021 spring and summer collection came from Chia-Jen Chang’s observations of the online world. He encourages people to get out of there echo chamber and enjoy the feelings of being challenged, which translated into the motif of his collection: prints of the Mandarin characters yan shang. “If you do something people don’t like online, be it a conscious decision or an unconscious action, you’ll end up being attacked by a mob of netizens,” he explained. “That’s what people call an instance of yan shang.” The Mandarin characters have been transformed through his design. Wearing the clothes may serve as a comment on the phenomenon, or a self-deprecating joke on being the subject of such controversies. The sense of irony gives rise to a different kind of fashion mindset.

Patiently wait for the body to receive the asana.
耐心的等待身體去接納那體式。
We often force the body to fit the asana we want to do, but this is the crucial time to conjure the awareness of Ahimsa, non-violence.
我們往往會強迫身體去塞進我們要做的體式，但這是最關鍵的時刻去喚起Ahimsa—非暴力的覺察。
Ahimsa is not just being a vegetarian, not hurting anyone; in fact be truly aware when every self deprecating thought arises, when consciously or unconsciously causing harm to the body., check in on yourself, “Am I being ahimsa to myself?”
Ahimsa不是只是表像的吃素，或不傷害別人；而是真正的在每一個自我批判的念頭升起，或在生活作息裡有意識或無意識的傷害自己的身體時，警惕自己，我現在有沒有對自己實施Ahimsa？
Wait, just wait. It will be worth while to wait for your body to receive the asana, even though it might not seem like it’s ever gonna happen, but wait anyhow.
