你知唔知，香港嘅五嵗小朋友吳穎晞Darren，憑造型趣緻可愛嘅彩虹小子 (著襪喎!)，成功獲選爲六位全球優勝者之一，我哋知道後都開心到跳起YEAH呀！
瑞典嘅IKEA兒童產品開發團隊已經密鑼緊鼓，正在研究點樣將作品嘅細節百分百呈現，制作成為真嘅2019年限量版SAGOSKATT毛公仔，趕住秋季喺全球IKEA同大家見面。

Drumroll please, and the Winners are…
Every year, children from all over the world have scurried to their nearest IKEA store, or entered the competition online, for a chance to draw the soft toy of their dreams and have it turned into reality. IKEA received 87,000 amazing drawings, and making the selection was never easy, because there are so many awesome, cute and creative drawings!
Darren Wing Hei, a 5 years old from Hong Kong, his creation “Rainbow Kid (in socks!)” captured the hearts of the jury. Together with the drawings from Cyprus, Greece, Jordan, Spanish Islands and Germany, these 6 drawings selected will now go on to become a special limited soft toy collection SAGOSKATT, launched in IKEA stores worldwide as part of the Let’s Play for Change campaign autumn 2019. How excited!

【GMBA Thanksgiving Potluck】
GMBA 感恩節活動隨著天氣逐漸變冷，GMBA 學生會就決定舉辦一場熱心的感恩節在最受歡迎的GMBA學生聚會場所的Dart健身房舉行一場簡單的聚餐.。超過40名學生與朋友和家人一同來現場參加活動，营造溫馨活潑的氣氛。有些學生在舒適的沙發上閒逛，與朋友聊天，而有一些學生參加飛鏢遊戲，還有很多人在中心桌子周圍匆匆忙忙地品嚐所有美味的食物。
學生帶來的各種各样食物當然是一個值得一看的景象。他們一定已在廚房里花了幾個小時，準備自己國家的菜餚。沙拉，開胃菜，主菜，甜點等菜讓主任給名為和介紹，然後大家一起品嚐。里面有一大鍋自製的美國通心粉和奶酪，用五種不同類型的奶酪做成，有台灣炒米粉，吃起來很美味，有從奧地利飛來的奶油奶酪淋上直接南瓜油，有一塊瑞士巧克力蛋糕，等等。活動持續了整六個小時，每個人都感覺非常好吃！

With the weather getting gradually colder, the GMBA Student Council decided to throw a Thanksgiving event that radiated warmth in the form of a simple potluck held at Dart’s Gym, a favorite hangout of GMBA students. Over 40 students showed up, along with friends and family. The atmosphere was cozy and lively, with some students lounging on comfortable couches and chatting with friends, while others engaged in games of darts, and a good number just scurried around the center table sampling all the delicious food.
The variety of food students brought was certainly a sight to behold. It was obvious some spent hours in the kitchen, preparing dishes from their own countries. Salads, appetizers, main courses, desserts, you name it, we had it. There were an enormous pot of homemade American mac and cheese, prepared with five different types of cheeses, Taiwanese stir fried rice noodles that were deliciously comforting to eat, cream cheese drizzled with pumpkin oil flown straight from Austria, a fudgy Swiss chocolate cake, and much more. The event lasted for six whole hours and everyone left feeling extremely well fed!

【刺激的GMBA Laser Tag又來了】
GMBA Laser Tag is Back

連續二年GMBA學生會都舉辦Laser Tag的活動，這次學生會廣邀歷任校友與在學生一起參加這個驚險刺激卻又要求高度團隊合作的比賽，同時它也是一個連結GMBA校友與學弟妹們的大好時機。整個下午所有出席活動的人一共進行了四場激烈的競賽，包括以個人為主的自由突擊、或是分成兩隊的團體攻防，以及最終回的總冠軍殊死戰。
在團體攻防開賽前，各隊約有十分鐘的時間可以討論接下來的攻守策略，為的就是要讓對手無法摸清己方的戰術，而這也增添比賽的刺激性與不確定性，儘管如此，兩隊隊員都有一個共同目標: 徹底擊敗對手。 開賽後，選手們在漆黑的空間裡摸索前進，戰戰兢兢地尋找可攻擊的目標為團隊贏得高分。
這次共有二十名GMBA學生與校友一同參加Laser Tag，從大家臉上散發出既興奮又意猶未盡的神情，可得知這次的活動非常成功，而且它也將成為GMBA年度活動首選之一。

For the second year in a row the GMBA students and alumni got together for an afternoon of laser tag. It was a great mix of new and old students as well as alumni coming together and bonding over several games. Four total games were played with a round of free-for-all, two team-based games, and a vampire vs. humans finale. Before each game, teams were given 10 minutes to discuss their strategies of attacking and defending. Each game brought its own unique challenges, but most of them had the goal of outscoring your opponent.
Students scurried around the dark, black light lit room looking for potential targets and opportunities to score points. Nearly 20 GMBA students and alumni turned out for what is quickly becoming an annual event. This event will surely be continued in the years to come.
