    #Acting as the role of "Elizabeth Ng Jia Yi" in《 #KronoTheSeries 》has allowed me to experience many of my "Firsts" for #filming... 🥰

    1️⃣ 1st Named + Recurring Role in a Mediacorp Suria #drama 📺

    2️⃣ 1st time playing someone from 19 years old, all the way up to her 50-60s ⏰

    3️⃣ 1st time scolding the main cast with Hokkien in an angsty & bitchy manner like an "Ah Lian" (sorry @erwin_dawson 😅), and then becoming a well-mannered "Fashion Designer" who speaks in English after that

    4️⃣ 1st time "time-travelling" from the Year 1975 to 2020 🗓

    5️⃣ 1st time being "shot dead" & learnt a little bit more about stunts from @ygstuntsg 👉🏻 even though it wasn't my first time "dying" in a show because I was also strangled to death for my role as a China Nurse named "Zhang Hua Xiang" in 《 #Juri2 》😬

    Nonetheless, I just want to thank SevenOne Films once again for having me, especially the Directors @tawfikdaud & @faisalskis, AD @birdiebergedilbird, Casting @farahdirzd, as well as the other #Production Crews like @chinaphilidoll, @shahreens, @sue.zb, @ezadsani & @idafi_tumari for helping to make this role come alive in all possible ways~🙏

    ▎有孩子的朋友們，你們這三週過得還好嗎？

    今天整整是停課的第三週了，每天是不是覺得都特別長呢？一天被喊了幾次爸爸/媽媽呢！二十四小時的相處，雖然有時候讓人真的很煩躁，當孩子晚上終於去睡覺，你是不是又跟我一樣想去偷偷的看他幾眼呢？或是偷親他一下。

    有人說，有了孩子，是讓我們重新回憶一次自己的成長過程，原本的我，也想帥氣的當個頂客族，但當有了孩子之後，又覺得有種完整了自己的感受。我還記得魏騫幾個月的時候第一次發燒，半夜哭得不停，我把他抱在手上不知所措，第一次有著「為他心痛」的感覺，那真的很強烈，我才真知道，這小子是我兒子。

    這是我寫給魏騫的歌，不管他懂不懂或喜不喜歡，是爸爸的專輯裡給他的小小禮物。

    05 魏騫的歌
    魏騫是我七歲的兒子，現在小學一年級，基本上長得跟我一樣。

    魏騫四個月的時候，有一天他躺在床上，自己拔掉了奶嘴，我發現他自得其樂的在唱歌，大概是這樣的持續反覆：「ㄟ..ㄟ.. ㄟㄟ」。我隨即拿起手機錄了下來，看了好多次覺得很有趣，這麼小的嬰兒竟然可以反覆同樣的拍子，所以這首曲子的前奏就是這樣來的。這孩子天生是個精力旺盛的頑皮精靈，但那張總是帶著笑容的臉，讓他一切的搞怪都被解釋成可愛了。雖然有時候還是會被媽媽罵的狗血淋頭加罰站，但爸爸打從心裡認為你是天使下凡來我們家的，這首曲子是我在這張專輯裡送給兒子的一個小小禮物。

    05 A Song for Chien
    Wei Chien, my seven-year-old son, is a first grader who looks exactly like me. When Chien was at four months, I once found him lying on his bed, pacifier off, humming a rhythm roughly sounding like: “erh ... erh … erh-erh …” I recorded it on my phone and watched it several times, utterly amused that a tiny baby managed to repeat that beat. It is how the opening of this song came about. A little menace born with tons of energy, Chien can effortlessly turn his mischief into cuteness with his bright smile. Though occasionally on the receiving end of mom’s scolding and punishments, in dad’s heart Chien is always an angel sent from heaven. Let this song be my little gift to my dear son.

    I always knew raising her would be different (from how I taught Meredith) but i didn't know it would be so.. Challenging. Yesterday we had water play for her birthday week but she came in with a big bag of tantrums and before she could throw a third tantrum i told her "We are here to have fun together so if you are not intending to make this fun, you choose to not be kind with the words you use, and if you throw another tantrum then i'm sorry cox even if this water play is for your birthday, i will still have to ask you to get out to calm yourself down, okay?"

    WOAH BOSS MELIA DON'T EVEN GIVE A SHIT ABT THE "LAST CHANCE" she just tell me.

    "Okay that's it. I'm leaving now." She ain't taking no attitude from anyone 😅 So i got so angry that she's being so unappreciative that this water play was set up for her, i told her, "okay if you choose to walk out now without even trying to be nice, then no waterplay for you anymore becox you obviously do not care about waterplay."

    Then it escalated into another episode of "YOU JUST ALWAYS SCOLDING ME!! YOU NOT MY BESTFRIEND ANYMORE" 🥲

    We made up within an hour thanks to mediator Josh and Amelia came to apologise and i also apologise for threatening to make her stay instead of asking her to stay cox that's really my intention, i want her to stay to have fun becox it's for her birthday but i didn't wanna give in to tantrum after tantrum cox if not she think that's the way to go.

    When we talk about things she cried when she ask me if i still love her.. Sigh.. How do you make a 4yro understand that a parent's love isn't blind, it isn't blindly giving in but it us unconditional and it is always a constant 💔❤️ My phone, my desk, my life is full of her and she still thinks i will stop loving her over a quarrel. My silly baobei, Happy Birthday.
