人生第一次坐馬車遊葡萄園，係馬車上試酒，好好玩！記得拎住隻杯（因爲好震）。有機會黎Pfalz可以一試， €260十位遊約3小時！ 係馬車上試了Kirchner 精品酒莊嘅酒，最喜歡Kirchner 2015 Saumagen Riesling ，優雅而有層次。跟住去咗Eymann 酒莊午餐兼試酒，莊主亦係大廚，試咗Riesling湯（好酸）、白蘆筍Quiche （好味😋）、本地士多啤梨（好甜）！Eymann嘅酒全biodynamic ，最驚喜係佢支Riesling Sekt NV Brut(有氣酒），NV都陳年2年以上並以香檳做法（2次發酵），複雜而充滿果香，由於用Riesling唔係香檳葡萄，更加有趣。跟住去咗其中一個大cooperative Herxheim Am Berg嘅Vinothek 212 N.N.，佢自1937年開始到現在有約75葡萄農莊加盟。佢每年生産150萬支酒，價錢由€3.5起，性價比十分高，入門酒質素似HK$100-150，只售€3.5?😱🍷夜晚試咗本地美食，有血腸、酸奶芝士等，好有趣！
1st time taking horse wagon ride in the vineyard! It's fun! Remember to grab your wine glass on the wagon (v shaky)! If u go to Pfalz, don't miss the ride, it's €260/10 pax for ~3hrs. I tried the wines from boutique Winery Kirchner on the wagon & I like Kirchner 2015 Saumagen Riesling the most (elegant & complex). Then I had lunch & wine tasting at Eymann Winery with the Winery owner/chef preparing very yummy food for us, including Riesling soup (v sour), white asparagus quiche (v yummy 😋) & local strawberries (v sweet). Eymann'a wines r all biodynamic & I like its Riesling Sekt NV Brut most, which aged on lees for 24 months with champagne method, it's so rich & elegant & fruity, esp made w Riesling not common champagne grapes, it's even more interesting! Then, I visited Vinithek 212 N.N. by the large cooperative Herxheim Am Berg, which founded in 1937 with about 75 wine growers now. They produce 1.5 million wines a year, the price range starts from €3.5 & up, the quality is v good with this price range, it tastes like HK$100-$150 wine in HK, but it's €3.5 & up? 😱🍷 tried local food at night with blood sausages & sour milk cheese! Very interesting!
