The pastries are inspired by French style and well presented in a black jewellery box with 2 layers. The restaurant atmosphere is giving you a luxurious experience while making you feel like you are on holiday! Highly recommended!

鴨潤腸 Duck Liver & Pork Fat sausage. The BEST in Hong Kong, now this is without argument coz nothing even comes remotely close. Crunchy thin outer skin, just right amount of Pork Lard & Rose Wine aroma, not too dense Duck Liver texture. Just the right girth too for biting, not too thin not too fatty with unnecessary fillers for profit margins, every bite with white rice is a balanced wow ~! 🍚 PS: They have switched suppliers twice over the last 4 decades according to my knowledge, but surprisingly my last 2 visits recently before it closes on 24th April, tasted just like it was when I was a kid more than 3 decades ago, but it did had its trough period in between..
