The Prada SS22 menswear collection was filmed in Milan at the Fondazione Prada’s Deposito, as well as in Sardinia; in appreciation of and thanks to the Sardinian community, #Prada supports the MEDSEA Foundation in its project to restore marine ecosystems with the reforestation of Posidonia Oceanica meadows in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara.
Posidonia Oceanica is a marine plant endemic to the Mediterranean Sea, providing an important habitat for marine species and playing a crucial role in absorbing CO2 to help mitigate climate change.

🇯🇵 x 🇮🇹 just for Sake Pairing 🍶. Basically Noto 能登半島 in 石川県 is a coastal half island, similar to Sardinia Island ⛰️. Both places have stuffed Calamari recipes such as Totani Ripieni di riso & Karasumi/Bottarga. So whatever goes late at night especially I have some in the fridge 🤤

位於意大利南部的西西里島是南意的美食天堂，Andrea 特別以當地盛產的意大利紅蝦入饌炮製賣相精緻的生紅蝦薄片伴水牛芝士汁、檸檬及魚籽，鮮甜的紅蝦薄片配上酸酸的檸檬及鮮味濃郁的魚籽，令人胃口大開。
同樣沿海的薩丁尼亞島盛產海鮮,意大利海鮮什錦鍋是Andrea 的另一推介,以蝦、蜆、青口、小龍蝦、魷魚及帶子等豐富海鮮配以車厘茄，及魚骨熬製的湯底及薩丁尼亞島的經典珍珠型意粉,每一口都充滿鮮甜味道,仿如置身美麗的地中海,享用意式海鮮盛宴。
位處意大利北部的倫巴第,同時也是世界聞名時尚之都米蘭的所在地。慢煮牛膝伴藏紅花意大利飯是米蘭的傳統佳餚,散發濃郁牛奶芝士及藏紅花的特別香氣,配上營養價值高及含豐富膠原蛋白的牛膝,慢煮烹調4小時,保持肉質嫩滑,絕對不能錯過。
