Slow braised wagyu beef brisket with mulukhiyah and lemon mujaddara. Mulukhiyah is a green vegetable sauce, with garlic, coriander and other spices, usually serve in Egypt and other North African countries, it's savoury and lemony. Mujaddara is the rice at the back mixed with lentils, nuts and caramelised onion.
