We went cycling together yesterday! A great, fun workout and much needed time away from devices and gadgets. I loved soaking in the beauty of God’s creation—seeing the sparkling blue sea, the tall trees rustling in the wind, cute pigeons along the way, all while softly praying in tongues along the way. We are planning to do this more often, which is good for the body and soul! Do you enjoy cycling, and what is your preferred form of exercise?
