計劃之外的彩蛋｜米其林一星初體驗 甜點篇

。Pré dessert 前甜點
鳳梨冰淇淋佐摩洛哥可可奶泡
.
終於有一道我完全聽得懂的菜名😅
法餐在甜點前會有一道冰淇淋之類的預甜點，讓人可以清新口中的味覺準備接受正式甜點
.
鳳梨旁的是餅乾酥，可可奶泡搭配的則是椰糖
.
其實這道甜點我覺得搭配薄荷葉會更好🙊
.

苜蓿冰淇淋佐鹽之花巧克力脆餅 抹茶巧克力脆片 焦糖脆片 日式柚子奶油 甜甘菊葉
.
苦甜的巧克力脆餅與柚子醬跟甜甘菊葉在舌尖相互呼應，吃不太出味道的冰淇淋帶出冰涼的口感
.
搭配最後一杯貴腐甜白酒作為整道套餐的美好ending
.
最後還是多點了一杯咖啡，附上了茶香太妃糖與桑椹軟糖跟三種不同的糖（給那麼多我也不會全加啊...😂
.
米其林初體驗。法餐的精深還是很廣大的，以前總認為西餐往往看過吃過就可以成功複製，但當處理食材搭配變成如此複雜的方程式之後，其中的奧妙就算細細品味，沒有一定的專業知識與技能也永遠無法達到的吧（看起來那麼像要轉行嗎？！🙊
