For twist + revolve binding :
Knees down, shorten the leg stance to bind - wiggle and “giggle” @mkaylanairn , exhale to soften and bind
Then retrack back the stance.
Stable, knees off to Revolved low lunge.
Stable, spin the back heel down to Revolved extended side angle.
